Remarks
Well, I only applied in MP counseling and according to my grades, I got to this college. I also applied to some private universities but since I wanted a government college I took admission in it. The admission was merit-based and the minimum mark was 75. The admission process was quite easy. You just get an allotment letter you go to college and fill in the details.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was in the medical field and this seemed to be the correct option for me. The faculty-student ratio is approximately 15:1. Well, almost all the faculty members are Ph.D. holders and teachings are mostly limited to textbooks. There are 2 sessional exams and 1 end-semester exam and 3 practical exams and vivas. The exams are not that difficult to pass.
Placement Experience
Well, there is no in campus placement program. Students have to get jobs on their own. My plans after the degree are to do a master's and also appear for various exams like gpat and UPSC for drug inspector. I also want to start my own pharmaceutical company.
Fees and Financial Aid
Since it's a government college the fees structure is quite reasonable. The yearly fees are 55000 and 5000 caution money deposited in the first year only. There are many scholarships programs also, provided by the MP govt. Like medhavi where you will get a scholarship if you have marks above 75% for MP board students and 85% for CBSE students. There are scholarships for students belonging in sc/st and obcs.
Campus Life
There is a youth fest that takes place in November where students from various universities come to take part in various competitions. There is also an e-fest conducted by the engineering department. The library on campus is quite good and has no. Of books and journals. The classrooms are also fine there are benches for students, a podium for the teacher, a projector and a screen, speakers. The labs are also quite good There is a PE department in the university where there are all the stadiums and grounds and also many tournaments take place there The is an entrepreneur club which is run by some students that are also currently working as entrepreneurs and also help others.
