I was from Jalgaon, Maharashtra and I have scored 99.5 percentile in MH-MCA-CET .I have opted this college because i had got to know from my seniors that this college offers good placement opportunities and it came out to be true.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was well designed and covers a broad area in software engineering plus management. We got to learn new computer languages, core computer subjects and also in every semester there is one business management subject which is very good.
Internships Opportunities
Yes internship placement were also done in the college. Many of us got paid internship as well. The paid internship varies from 5000 pm to 25,000 pm. Maximum people got 10,000 pm.
Placement Experience
Placement and job opportunities are very good as per market. Many companies came for placement in our colleges. There were pool campus drives also where 2-3 more colleges participate. In Indira if you are in top 10 and have throughout 60% then you can sit in almost all placement drives.
College Events
All the events got celebrated in college but notable were Holi, Ganesh Utsav, Annual function. In annual functions they call celebrities too. I got a chance to see KK (singer), Shankar-Ehsan-Loy (musician), Vidya Balan, MTV VJ, Jackie shorff, Parsoon joshi, Tribal Drum Band, Aditi Rao ydri, Ali jafer, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
About fees structure it is little expensive as compared to other colleges because it cross 1 lakh per annum. At my time (2010-2013) my total 3 years college fees was approx 3.45 Lakhs. But it is worth as you will get the job for sure, considered you have that potential to showcase yourself and knowledge.
Exam Structure
Exam structure was designed by Pune university and it is same in all colleges. Internal exams in college were of moderate level and every one get passed because they teach as per that. Helpful faculty in this scenario if your behaviour is good in college and you showcase learning curve in good sense.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is not very much talented but also not that bad. At the end it is up to us, how much we read books and what we understood. They are there to guide us but do not expect that they will knew everything. Many times we have to google for our doubts and which is pretty reasonable as compared to other colleges in Pune/India.
