Remarks
Well, I took Admission to the CSE branch. The Admission procedure is simple you can be admitted through Direct Admission or UPSEE Counseling. I was admitted in general quota however there were fee waiver seats for those who scored well in the uptu exam. For CSE you must require 85% or more for direct admission, else you are eligible for 60%.
Course Curriculum Overview
I Selected CSE as it was my father's choice. NIET faculty has well opted, there you will find teachers who are Excellent in their preferred departments. Some of the teachers, who were in IITs are also included in the NIET family. Here, teachers are friendly however little bit strict for 1st year batch rest is fine. NIET got Autonomy in 2020 and is approved by UGC, AICTE and therefore it's quite easier to score well.
Internships Opportunities
I don't have much knowledge about this as I am in 1st year but my seniors told me ya internships are also done here. They also told me not to completely dependent on college for the same, do it externally too.
Placement Experience
After completion of the final year, students are eligible for the Campus placement. Here companies like Amazon, HCL, TCS and many are visiting, highest package offered here was 25 lakh in the 2020 batch, According to my Knowledge. Nearly 85% of students get placed in the CSE branch. I want to get placed in a renowned company and pursue my career.
Fees and Financial Aid
Well, here 1 st year fee is 1.5k but for the rest Years, it is 1.13k. Scholars are not provided here as per good scores but you can apply externally for Scholarships. NIET is termed as the best placement college in greater Noida.
Campus Life
Social life is not that much satisfying as college hours are till 5 in the evening and only an hour for lunch. Therefore, one cannot interact more. All books of courses are provided here in college. There are different cultural societies, run by the student's Coordinator. One can participate and build up his/her skills and get prizes.
