Remarks

I had applied for Kj somaya college but don't go as the fee was high. The minimum age is 20 years and there is no upper limit and people in the final year of graduation can also apply.IBS accepts CAT score /IBSAT and followed by group discussion and personal interview.

Course Curriculum Overview

1st and 2nd semester are common for everyone and 20:1is student-teacher ratio. The faculty is good and supportive and ready to help and guide and most of them had done their PhD.They conduct regular examination and it ranges from moderate to difficult level but it's easy to pass

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 405000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee of course is Rs 810000 and it has to be paid in 81000+ 4 equal installments of 144000. They provide scholarship on the basis of performance in the semester exams and library paid job is also provided to students.

Campus Life

Campus life is good and the library is equipped with lots of magazines and books. The classroom is fully Ac bad projector is there for presentation. Lots of clubs are there in which one can take part like tarksh sports club domain club-like m360, MARKOPHILIA, for marketing, etc and they conduct events on regular basis. The main fest of college is konflux who's is organized in January and colleges from different parts of India participate in it.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

Placement Experience:

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

The placements opportunities are very good. mostly the whole batch gets placed. big companies like google and Microsoft come to campus and recruit a good number of students. it has a good average package in summers about 160000 per month.

KJ Somaiya - A lively campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.
