Jaipur Engineering College and Research Centre - Review

I have applied earlier for IIT and NIT but my jee marks are not sufficient for them. So I applied to JECRC Foundation, Jaipur. Admission criteria in JECRC are simple: they get admission in their college by considering the JEE main marks and 12th class percentage. You just need marks near to cut off of jee to get admission in JECRC. On counseling day they demand documents to verify and your other documents like domicile, income, Transfer certificate, Migration, etc.

ECE course in JECRC provides us the scope in both IT and instrumentation field to get knowledge or core and IT as well. Faculties are very well educated. Some are master level, some are doctor level and they also have reserved faculty too. Teachers teaching methods are average. Term exams are on time. 2-3 times per semester (depending on your semester) and the difficulty level is moderate.

We get internship and training opportunities through campus partnership programs with platforms like Internshala, Coursera, etc. We can also get internship opportunities in the giant company that does regular workshops in our college if they like our work.

From 7th-semester students start to visit the companies which come to college to hire them. MNC like Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, Wipro, TCS, coforge, xebia, Hp, LTI, hexaware, ZS Associates, etc visit the campus this year and made more than 1000 offers from the institute. The highest package varies each year. This year it is around 14LPA and the average is around 4LPA. 95% of the students get placed through on and off-campus placement. To work in the company. I placed recently is my plan after getting the degree.

The fee is very genuine and according to the guidelines set by the Government and University. They also provide Fee waiver scheme for economically weaker students. They provide fee hikes if we pass government scholarship norms. (10000) JOB is the best part of the campus where we get opportunities from more than 100 companies through on-campus and get placed. I myself got placed in MNC. The package is nearly around an average of 4 LPA.

The annual fest is celebrated in the month of March-April every year. This is the most awaited event of the year and provides everyone a four-day joy to fully enjoy college life. Two libraries are there. Well equipped, the seating arrangement is more than enough, silence is all there and most importantly all books of each course available. 4 grounds to play different sports and games are there and we can play anything after college hours. Clubs like aashayen, soch, zarurat are acrive in college for social and community welfare through students.
