Remarks

The admission process was quite good. It was an offline interview process in Hyderabad, the flagship campus and overall it was a good experience. A decent Score of 75+ will give you a good campus of ICFAI BUSINESS SCHOOL. The admission process was smooth and nice.

Course Curriculum Overview

PGPM at ICFAI BUSINESS SCHOOL, MUMBAI provides an awesome opportunity because of different clubs and great faculties. Faculties here are well versed and experienced and from good institutes and doctorate degree, no doubt about that. If you are well versed with a particular subject and topic taught in class, it is easy to appear and get good marks in the exam.

Class Size: 25Course Fees: INR 405000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Company for Internship - BookEventz. Title of the Project- Digital Marketing, Vendor OnBoarding, Offline Marketing. Projects like social media optimization and SEO techniques were done during the internship period.

Placement Experience

From the end of the semester, 3 students become eligible for campus placement. J P Morgan, Deloitte, BookEventz, Amul, Nestle, Khimji, Axis Bank. ICICI Bank etc are the companies visited for campus placement. Highest Package: 12 Lakhs and Average Package: 6.5 lakhs per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is divided into different installment facilities. IBS Mumbai helps and also provides loan facilities. Talking about the opportunity in scholarship it is good. Fees hike policy is generally not there, once it is predecided in advance.

Campus Life

Campus Life - Decent. Availability of books, journals, and case study links on Quicforce and IBS cases. The classroom is OK. Parivartan - The Social Club of IBS Mumbai is run by students. The sports club is also there.

Interview Experience

Topics of GD: Related to trends in Social Media. Test Pattern was quite good. Process and Criteria of admission were on your capability and confident nature. Through GD preparation assistance by college and self-learning as well.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. There were sessions for GD, PI and other guidance. There was GD round after that PI was taken , I gave ibsat and got total of 92% as a result of all the process.
