high quality of educaton

i have secured 18000 ranks in emcet to get admission in the engineering field.I was called for counseling in Hyderabad based on the rank I have given choice to choose electrical and chemical branches in gayatri college of engineering.I have opted for chemical engineering in gayatry college which is affiliated with JNTU,The college has a good education record and the facilities provided for students are good as i heard. There is a good laboratory for science and civilization. Ragging was banned in the college, based on all the above I have chosen the college and I am interested in the chemical field. The college has a bus facility too.

From child hood i am good in chemistry and my brother has suggested me to take chemical enginner as it has good scope in pharma and oil and gas etc.There are enough and good facaulty for chemical enginering there is hod,5 phd lecturers and 10 chemical faculties (assistant professors) for 45 students .Theree professors from IIT. Teaching was really good every aspect will be taught theoretically and practically. after the theory subject the same will be explained practically which is clearly understandable. There will be internal exams which will be conducted 4 times in the year apart from the main exams for the semester and 20 percent of the internal marks will be added in the main results. The internal exams are very tough as it will be instant exams based subject taught that month so if we skip the class we will fail init likewise practical exams are also taught to pass.

final thesis project i have done in inidan oil corparaton and we hadnt been given any internship we have to bear out fees.No internship provided from college.we have done samll projects in guidance with out proffesor like distillation of water ,water treatment.college reputation was good as we good good thesis works in big compnies

College has campus placements during that time only computer and information technology branches have campus placements. Our chemical branch doesn't has any campus placement. Companies like tcs and wipro visited for placement and all students secured above 8- percent were shortlisted and called for interview. the company offered a package of 25000 rs per month after training and during training 10000 rs. almost 40 percent of students got selected. after getting degrees i have planned for ielsta nd gre to go abroad

fees for my branch is 5000 reasonable at that time and i used to get a scholarship of 5000 per month from the government. There are no fee hike it's fixed for all years at the times of admission it will be mentioned .there is free and paid seats. At that time there were campus interviews for computer engineer filed and no campus interviews from chemical companies.whatever fees i have paid were refunded through scholarship.It is socail welfare scolar ship.Irrespective of campus interviews we could manage to fetch good job in company due to college reputation and quality fo education

every year in April annual day function will be organised all students participate in singing,dance, and skits.the college library is bygone consists fo all kinds of books ,journals,nes papers etc we can borrow books to home.classroom are spacious with big dias and water facility.college has one sprts room where we can play both internal ganes like chessa nd carroms and huge ground wihch has tennis court and vollyball court.every year sports competitions will be conducted and prizes will be awarded in anual day function.no specail socail groups allowed in colled ony there is anti ragging sqaud.
