I have applied to other colleges as well like BBD and Ram Swaroop but chose this because they provide scholarship opportunities which helped me a lot financially. I had a good rank in UPSEE that is why I got the scholarship. Admission criteria were that the student needs to have 60% marks in physics chemistry and maths in his 12th.
Course Curriculum Overview
I always wanted to do engineering and Ambalika provides overall development of its students and enough knowledge for future challenges. Term exams level is moderate to difficult. Teachers provide enough knowledge and make sure that their students pass all the exams with good marks.
Internships Opportunities
Ambalika Institute of management and technology provides many internship opportunities within the college campus. Companies like TCS HCL AND WIPRO offers many internships to the students which give them industrial exposure and make them a better employee.
Placement Experience
From 7th-semester college students become eligible for campus placements. Many reputed companies like TCS, WIPRO, HCL, COGNIZANT, MICROSOFT, AMAZON, ETC visit the college and select students by conducting many rounds like coding round group discussions etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
As a BTech student in computer science, branch fees are 110000 per annum. I was given a fee waiver and I have to pass only 25000 per annum. College provides internships on campus with enough stipends and makes sure it's students' overall development.
Campus Life
Ambalika conducts annual fests and many tech fests as well. They are majorly conducted during the month of September to October. Our libraries are well equipped and have every required book. The college conducts extracurricular activities and many sports like football cricket badminton volleyball basketball etc. Many clubs are present like music club dance club etc.
Interview Experience
In my time group, discussions were not there but counseling was there. They arranged exams to test the student's ability to perform in the college exams. I read many books to gain knowledge and qualify for my entrance test.
