IBS Mumbai

First I have the IBSAT, then after clearing that I went to the IBS Hyderabad campus for GD and after GD, I had a personal interview. After that, there was CAP round according to percentile I was allotted campus. First I got Ahmedabad campus, the Bangalore campus and the IBS Mumbai campus.

After the first year, I chose my specialization as core marketing. We are allocated with our faculty guide who helps us in all the academic related things. Also, he is helping us with our further placement process. The majority of the professors are PhD level. Per semester we have 4 cec, 1 mid sem and then Semester end examination.

Different companies visit campus for internships for finance, hr, marketing, it, operations domain for various profiles. The summer internship program is for 3 months and along with that, we are given additional projects to work on, on basis of which we get grades.

At the beginning of the third semester itself, companies start visiting campus like Deloitte, JP Morgan, Nestle etc. The average package offered is 7 lakh and the highest package is 17 lakh. 96% of students got placed in the year 2021.

Full time 2 year PGPM course fees are 8 lakh rupees, Merit scholarship is provided for the people above 7 CGPA and placement, internship opportunities are provided to all the students. Well known, reputed firms visit our campus for placement.

IBS Mumbai conducts Konflux which is the annual festival held in the month of January, we have an e-library available and books are delivered from time to time each semester. We have 27 clubs in IBS Mumbai. There are domain clubs and cultural clubs as well.

I joined the class for the entrance where I got to learn about aptitude tests in 3 sections - Quantitative, Verbal and logical reasoning. Also, I studied all the current affairs for the GD round by reading daily newspapers and novels to groom my communication skills.
