Remarks
The admission process of IBS is very smooth. I secured my admission on the MAT score which was around 93%le. The main screening process takes place at Hyderabad where GDPI rounds are conducted but due to some, I could not attend it. But I got the chance to give the interview online and I got selected.
Course Curriculum Overview
IBS is famous for its placements and the college has good ROI compared to other colleges. I have work experience in marketing and I wanted to explore more about management and marketing so I chose marketing as my major domain and IT as my minor. Faculties are highly educated and very understanding and supportive of this study from home scenario.
Internships Opportunities
IBS offer an internship of 3 months. Tata teleservices, Amul, JP morgan, Outlook, Shaporji Pallonji, Aditya Birla, future generali, DHL were some of the companies that visited campus for internships. Some companies offered stipends.
Placement Experience
From semester 3 students become eligible for campus placements. There are companies like Tata teleservices, JP Morgan, Deloitte, Amul, Morgan Stanley etc. are some of the companies visits the campus. The average package is around 6-7 Lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed is very high and closed to 100%.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for 2 years PGPM course is 810000 (including deposit). It is divided into 5 instalments. There are certain scholarships available depending on the performance of students and CGPA. Top performing students would get certificates and gifts from college
Campus Life
IBS annual fest is Conflux which is conducted around the end of December or January 1st week. Due to COVID, we could not visit the campus so all the events happened online. There are over 25 clubs in IBS for the students by the students. There is also an e-library provision made by the college to make available all the books/notes/case studies to students.
