I'm pursuing my BTech degree from Poornima college of engineering from a branch of information technology, Jaipur. My tech hobbies are python and SQL. I like to play cricket and volleyball. I belong to Bhilwara Rajasthan.
Course Curriculum Overview
As IT is a growing field nowadays so that's why I chose IT. There are 10-12 faculties in my branch for approx 200 students. Teachers are having good knowledge of their fields. There is 2 semester per year and in every semester there are two college exams.
Internships Opportunities
There are many companies for internships but colleges do not provide internships students have to enroll for this. There is a project in every alternate semester after 1 year and a major project in the final year.
Placement Experience
This year approx 60-70 technical companies in the field of IT and CS were there. The highest package is for byjus for 10 lacs and for Infosys for 8 lacs. Approx 80-90 percent of students are placed in my field. A good amount of companies visit.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are mostly 4-5 percent hikes and depends on RTU. But there is no such hike every year and the fees are lower than other colleges. Good college in terms of fees. College also provides internships and placements etc
Campus Life
There are annual fests like adhaar (Tech fest ) aroohan ( cultural fest ) once a year. There is an library accessible to all students with good amount of books. Also there are many tech and non tech fests happens every month . There is an social group named as helping hands.
