Remarks

I haven't applied for any other college. No, I haven't availed any quota. So the admission criteria were as follows:- minimum 50% marks in graduation+ students should have had cleared cut-off marks in CUCET and should have at least 21 years of age. The admission process comprised three stages first written aptitude test followed by GD and PI round.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

I was always interested in business management and besides, I have a degree in business management only and I wanted to follow it up with a master's in business management. Almost all our professors are well qualified and Ph.D. holders. And they possess great qualities when it comes to teaching. They rely on modern technologies for teaching, they push us always to do something better by giving us assignments which is relevant in modern days business environment. Everything in my college was on time only including lectures and exams and it was really hard to pass due to the standard of questions.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

No company has visited yet but yes there are a number of companies that are going to visit in the coming months like HDFC nad ICICI bank, Bajaj finance, Accenture, oracle, cap Gemini etc. Since I haven't started an internship yet hence il I don't know much about roles and stipend offered but yes they generally offer sales and finance trainee post with decent stipends.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fee is not that much if compared with other private colleges but yes among other Central Universities its fee is bit high, it costa around 1.2 lacs whereas other colleges cost 50000 for the whole course at max. There as so many scholarships financial assistance for sc st students. And the students from the SC-ST category also get a stipend.

Campus Life

3.5

The annual fest which is conducted in my college is named MANFEST. Generally, it is conducted in the month of December but this time due to pandemic classes are going online-only hence it could not take place. My college library is humongous and rich in books and journals as well. You name the book and this library will have it. Classrooms are well equipped with green boards and smart class equipment. It's also well equipped with decent-sized desks and chairs. The college has decent facilities for sports like a volleyball court, tennis court, basketball court, a full-size cricket, and football ground with a gym as well. Yes but there has been a number of co curricular activities arranged online like seminars on management, quiz and best idea for startups India contest. There are so many social groups and clubs NCC, NSS, students associations, management club, sports club, etc.

Interview Experience

3.5

Since our GD took place right after the covid pandemic hit hence In the GD round we were asked about the current fall of the economy of India and its potential impact on the future economic goal of India and the government's fault in it. We discussed it thoroughly where my point was that it's just a sudden fall and that too due to this pandemic where govt is not completely to be blamed. It was a first-hand experience for every country including India, and other countries that have suffered the same fate. Mamy candidates agreed with me and many others said the government is at fault completely, they didn't manage this pandemic properly. And in a personal interview I was asked about my family, my ancestry my, thoughts about management studies and why did I choose MBA over other master's degrees. I prepared for this by taking help from youtube and I referred many books as well for the aptitude round and for the GD round.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time.
