Remarks

I felt this college would give me good exposure and that's the reason for me to choose this and keep this as my first priority. Minimum marks for qualification is 50% in all fields. The admission process was after you clear the exam you've your call letter and then GD-PI.

Course Curriculum Overview

Mba is a course that helps you grow in every aspect and an MBA in IBS is the cherry on the cake because it helps you grow and succeed in your life. Faculties are very friendly and helpful. They are from various reputed institutes. Exams were pretty simple if you do read and do your research properly.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

fees structure- 8 lakhs for 2 years. 6 installments. Bank loans are available for easier assistance your counselor helps you. There are scholarships for people who have above 75% Placements are good if you've done your part which is hard work.

Campus Life

The annual fest is KONFLUX which happens every year. Library, classrooms are big with good amenities with air condition. We have indoor and outdoor sports as well. There are many clubs starting from singing to dance to fitness clubs as well as domain clubs.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

Placement Experience:

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

The placements opportunities are very good. mostly the whole batch gets placed. big companies like google and Microsoft come to campus and recruit a good number of students. it has a good average package in summers about 160000 per month.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.

I applied for ibs mumbai because of it's location, teaching and faculty. It was according to my requirements. There were sessions for GD, PI and other guidance. There was GD round after that PI was taken , I gave ibsat and got total of 92% as a result of all the process.
