Remarks

The admission process of B.Com based on Entrance exams which are conducted once throughout the year. It consists of 100 questions that are related to English, Accounting, Bussiness Studies, Reasoning and General Knowledge. There are Numbers of quotes like CA, CE, SC, ST, OBC and Internal Quota. but I was not available for any one of these. I am in a general category despite being Muslim no such provision for Muslims as some people think. All the candidates considered and treated equally.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

I opted for B.com (Hons) because after completing 12th in commerce I wanted to go for CA but I was taken Admission in B.Com as a save option. And with time, I realised that CA is not for me. And this save option, B.Com Pave the way for me to continue my further studies. And also I realised that there are Numbers of employment opportunities after B.Com. The Faculty is well versed and Qualified. A great number of scholars doing PhD under the supervision of our faculty. There is a total of 23 professors. B.com is a semester based Internal examination which was consist of 30 for sessional marks and 70 for end semester examination.

Placement Experience

5

Individual placement depends upon one's skills, abilities, and Qualifications. Many people are getting placed at lower packages and some get outstanding packages. My batchmate was gets placed in different companies at diverse profiles. So If I give an overall rating to the placement is Good. Many companies like Byjus, White Hat jr, TCS, and other's Companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of all courses of AMU is so Economic and Budgetary. I completed my three years B.Com Program just in 28k. I have no clear idea about the Scholarship and financial assistance opportunities offer to the students of AMU because my father is Govt Employee. But most of my friends and batchmate got very decent scholarships.

Campus Life

5

There are series of Annual fest is ZARF, AABSHAR, ZEAL, ECOGNITE, SIR SYED DAY and many other exhibitions and festivals. Our college has a library which has more than lakhs of books and AMU also has India's biggest library so there is no issue with books. Most of the classrooms are smart, equipped with modern technology like a projector and all and classes are air conditioner also the infrastructure of classes so good.

Hostel Facilities

5

AMU have a very great residential facility. Every hostel has facilities like a Reading room, common room, Basketball court, Badminton court, and other stuff. Electricity and Wifi facility is 24/7. Different groups are running at hostels which to enhance communication skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills. AMU hostels also organise different events throughout the year like the Annual hall function, sirsyed day and others.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The B.Com course curriculum in my college is quite relevant and well structured. It covers core commerce subjects like accounting, business studies, and economics, which helped me choose this course. The syllabus mainly focuses on building strong theoretical fundamentals, which is useful for students planning higher studies such as M.Com, MBA, or professional courses like CA. The curriculum prepares students reasonably well for academic purposes, but there is still scope for improvement in terms of real-world exposure. More practical learning, case studies, presentations, and industry interaction would make the course more skill-oriented and career-focused. The college follows the semester system with internal and external examinations conducted regularly. The exams are of moderate difficulty level. Students who attend classes regularly, complete assignments, and study consistently can pass and score good marks.
