Make a Great Choice.

About RIIM Pune, I would say that I got influenced with their affordable fee structure for courses. And therefore, I preferred to choose this college. I really appreciate the way of teaching and the faculty, got several opportunities such as, live projects, industrial visits, X-Culture certification program, SIP Internship, etc. Though I am not very much satisfied with the infrastructure of the college.I cleared the telephonic and Skype interview for the admission process in the college. I checked out Quora reviews and also few counsellors while seeking for admission in RIIM.

I choose MBA beacuse I wanna pursue Marketing and then want to help my father with his business. Faculty members of the college are really inspiring. They teach way awesome. Also, there is visiting faculty for subjects. Qualification of the most faculties are PhD. There are around 70 students in each class and we have 4 sections for MBA. Term exams were timely before outbreak of pandemic. But due to pandemic there were certain changes in the pattern and got really delayed. About, examinations, it is as simple as that, If you learn, you score.

The company I got selected in was Future Market Insights for the position of Market Research Analyst for SIP. The tasks for which I was assigned were, to write articles on different domains such as food and beverage, chemical, industrial, pharmaceutical, etc. And to work on Company profiles, market segmentation, etc. Due to outbreak of pandemic, the process got offline and there i felt work from home means 24*7. But then also, I was learning something new, so I put my 100% in it. After completion of 3 months of internship, the stipend they should address was 21000 + but the Company paid Rs. 8000/- for three months. Afterwards,I tried to communicate with TL, Hr, and got no response.

From 3rd semester, the students are eligible for placements. The companies in the campus came are Furlenco, IDFC First Bank, Axis Bank, Homesfy, and Others. Minimum 2 and Maximum 5 students get selected. Highest package is around 5 lakhs and minimum is 2.50 lakhs. Placement is provided to all the students. My plan after getting the degree is to get selected in a good company.

The fee structure for MBA + Employability course is 450000 which I choose. There are other courses as well i.e. PGDM, MBA + digital which costs 650000 as they offered students to take digital classes in IIM for around 1 month. I was selected as a Market Research Analyst in Future Market Insights, Pune for SIP Internship for 3 months where they were going to pay stipend for 7000 + per month. However, after the completion of internship they were liable to pay Rs. 21000 + for 3 months but they paid Rs. 8000/- for 3 months.

After admission, we attended the induction period for 45 days where we had enjoyed and learned a lot. We went to lavasa, goa, industrial visits, etc. And had number of seminars with influencers, motivators, etc. We do celebrate functions in college campus. Also, we had grand freshers party in college. Sports and other curricular activities such as drama, dance, etc. is also there.

I do not opted for hostel and meal. I lived in flat in Bavdhan. That flat is unfurnished which is quite difficult to arrange other stuffs. And there are several tiffin providers so, for meal I preferred tiffin services and cook my own food as well.
