My Life at Poornima University

Our University is UGC recognized university. It has been awarded by ASSOCHAM as the best upcoming University in India. Also, it has been awarded as best private university of Rajasthan in 2018.Top recruiters like Capgemini, TCS, Deloitte, IBM visit to participate in placement session. The summer internship is an integral part of the course curriculum. And there are a lot of facilities in the college campus like WiFi connection, sports complex, library, and others. Therefore, these are reasons that made me change my mind and take admission into this college. Then, to enroll myself into this college, firstly I filled the application form and paid 1200 as an application fee in online mode merely. In an application form, I filled my personal details including score obtained in 10th, 12th, graduation and CAT as well.Further, considering my score of CAT and previous academic record, I got admission in this college.

The MBA program is a two years program which is spread over 4 semesters as our college follows semester systemThe course curriculum is designed in a systematic way so that we can get industry exposure and a best classroom environment for learning.Moreover, the courses are designed as per the latest happenings and practices in the business world and this ensure best career prospects for us.Also, we prepared for campus recruitment training, soft skills development training and are offered BSE certified courses.The curriculum includes course like organizational behaviour, finance management, marketing management, consumer behaviour, and other.Further, the faculty members are highly qualified and experienced and they impart valuable learning experience to us so that it will help us in facing real world challenges and in no time, we will be able to climb the corporate ladder.

The placement rate of our college is 90% on campus and rest students get job through off-campus. The top employers that visit our campus every year include Infosys BPM, IDFC Bank, Aditya Birla, Axis Bank, CadMax Realty, and many others. Further, the highest package offered last year was 12 LPA and the average package witnessed was 4 LPA. More than 130 companies visited the previous year to offer jobs in various sectors like Marketing, BFSI, FMCG, Consultancy, IT/ITeS, E-commerce, and so forth. Apart from the final placement, our college also offers six weeks internship in the companies like All India Radio, HCL Technologies, JK Laxmi Cement, L&T, Ducat India, and others.Furthermore, after I am done with MBA program, I will continue with my job in the company I will get placed in.

For MBA program, I paid 1.15 lakhs for 1 year include administrative fee which was 10 thousands and 5000 as a caution money.However, In total, I paid 2.25 lakhs. Further, for MBA program, our college offers merit based scholarship based on marks obtained in graduation. The scholarship percentage varies from 30% to 90% based on marks i.e. those who obtain marks between 55% - 64.99% get 30% scholarship, 65%-74.99% get 50%, 75%-84.99% get 70% and those with more than 85% get 90% scholarship. Also, one can apply for education loan to pursue MBA program. The Bank or Financier who has tie-up with our college are Axis Bank, IDBI Bank, UCO Bank, HDFC Bank, Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, and others as well.

My college campus has finest Infrastructure, interiors, and a dedicated team due to which we get excellent academic facilities. The Infrastructure has well stocked library with huge collection of magazines, books,journals, research paper, and so forth.Apart from that, there are e-learning sources, student provision store,sports facilities, ATM & medical facility, mess & canteen facility, and many others.Further, convocation function, fresher's party, farewell, alumni meet, pathshala, AIESEC, workshops, seminar, educational visits to Dainik Bhaskar, Jaipuria Hospital, Jaipur Rugs, Department Day celebration in which Rangoli Making competition, Fashion show and other events are also conducted throughout the year and these all made my campus life thrilling.
