Journey of MBA

I had applied for Sandip Foundation through the CET exam. The admission process was conducted by a cap round process. As my percentile were 75 I got this college in the first round itself. College was very helpful during the admission process. College staff helped me a lot while taking the admission and also for choosing the subjects and specialization.

Faculty members are very supportive. They help you throughout your MBA course. Guides are appointed for the students. Each guide has only 10-15 students and that guide looks after these students and help them whenever and with any kind of problem they might face. These guides take personal meeting with the students every week and a good bond is created between them. These guides are faculty members themselves. This plays a very vital role in any students life.

Internships are offered at various companies. College does help with getting the internship. It is the duty of students to learn during the internship no matter what role is given to them. I getting a stipend during an internship in every difficulty. I had done an internship without a stipend.

From the 3rd semester, itself placement process starts. The college has provided various personality development courses, interview cracking sessions were held by experts. Companies that were bought into the campus for placement were:- Property Pistal, Sinai, Amul, ITC, XL Dynamics, Kotak, HFFC, Byjus, HDFC, Sinai, Godrage and various other Companies. The highest package received was 7.8 LPA. The average package of 4 LPA. Almost 95% of students are getting placements. I have got the job through campus placement so I will be continuing my job there itself.

Fees are reasonable. They provide you with a quality education with good faculty members. I'm not exactly sure if they provide campus jobs or not. Scholarships are there. They help the students in various ways. Fees hikes are there. My MBA FY fees were Rs 1,50,000.

Uddan Management level event is held every year. This event is organised and managed completely by students. Various activities are held under this. Last year almost 2500 students from different colleged participated in this event.
