All you need to know about Vardhaman

The college rules are very strict. Overall the campus maintenance is very neat and clean with good infrastructure. EAMCET exam is required to get a seat in this college. Min. EAMCET score should be 85 for OBC, 65 for SC/ST and 105 for OC as per my knowledge. Later, select the college of your choice according to your rank and interest in the counselling. If selected, you will offered a seat in that College and you might come to know about your college in the month of July. Date of joining will be in the month of August. This is the demanding course and I'm interested in it. The faculty:student ratio is app. 1:20. Some faculty have done PhD and almost most of the faculty are experienced. The faculty teaching is average and major part depends on the student. The term exams are held for app. every two months and the sem exams are followed by the second term exams. It's not that difficult if a student know and understand the topic clearly.

There will be 2-3 internship offers during our academics from top companies like Microsoft with app. 10k-15k stipend which will add an advantage for his/her profile. The projects will be on the latest technologies which will be a good experience for the student for his future.

From 6th semester, the students should be able to be prepared and attend the campus placements. There will be app. 40 companies that visit our college and highest package for a fresher is around 7,50,000. Almost 60% of students get placed every year. Most of the students prefer to do job rather than higher studies.

In general, the fees is around 1,05,000+6500 for JNTU charges every year. If your EAMCET rank is above 10,000 you get a scholarship of 35,000 and if your score is below 10,000 you will get a scholarship of 1,05,000. There are 40-50 companies that are available for students to get placed with a intial salary of 3,60,000 for most of the companies and the highest salary is around 7,50,000 for 2-3 companies.

There is a fest called Ortus which happens on February/March for 2 days every year. There are also few small fests that happen in between the academics. We get almost all the books in the library. Before 2 months of the main fest, there will be sports of app. 10 categories for both men and women individually through which the winners get prizes for their performance on the peak day. There are no such websites separately for students, if interested students can create it on their own.

The hostel looks good and neat. The food facility is average but unlimited with almost all varieties throughout the week. While joining the college, we have to pay app. Rs.1,10,000 to join the hostel. There are also few rental rooms and hostels available within 10 km of range.
