Remarks

Since I wanted to do MBA in Operations Management, this university had a decent record of providing placements in top OM companies. Also being in Bangalore, ensured that I was in the hub of where all the activities were taking place with all the big firms having their operations in the city. Course Curriculum Overview

I chose operations management as I always had interest in the world of how behind the scene supply chain and warehouse management works, how transportation is planned and how resources are managed to endure a seamless supply of items from the raw material stage to production of the final goods to the customer. I also was into knowing how services are planned and how the experience is delivered to the customer. With the advent of technologies like Blockchain, IoT devices, this stream of management has a lot of potential for growth and success.The faculty in this university is top notch and has great mentors and head of departments. Knowledgeable on the latest technologies and changing trends in their respective industries, helps the students keep up-to date and well informed. Teaching method involves teaching through industry based examples, regular case studies based on past and recent events, regular session with industry experts and games and interactive sessions that impart hands on experience..The exams are held in a semester based fashion, usually after every 5 months. The exams include questions that are application based and case study based. The exam difficulty is moderate.

Internships Opportunities

I got to interview for Amazon as a Team Lead Intern and I would say that I was very happy to have made it through for the same. There were many other companies that came for different specializations.

Placement Experience

Students become eligible in their third semester. Due to COVID, the placement has suffered a bit but the CAN department has brought in some great companies recently with the likes of Amazon, Target, Outlook for internship and companies like Synopsis for final placements.

Campus Life

Due to covid, the events and fests have been restricted to an online mode, but they include regular quizzes, industry talks, alumni interactions, events for days like earth day.Almost every department has their own club with proper interviews for selection and each club has its own functioning and hierarchy.

Nice MBA experience with an aesthetic campus and good placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placements in Alliance University is average to good. From the end of third semester students are eligible for sitting in campus placements.The average package for an MBA student is 6 LPA .The highest package for our batch was 24 LPA

Placement Experience:

As iibs is providing good college placements with average package of 9.45 lakhs and highest package of 48 lakhs So don't need of focusing outside the college for placement I think iibs is provided better placement opportunities

Bridging the gap

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

The title of my review were nice i have explianed my college pros and cons by completing two years of my graduation .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because to get good knowledge like finance and accounts marketing and sales in two years of my masters . The circulum was well prepared me in completing two years of my graduation by studing in my academic subject. There should be some changes need to be made by improving the course circulum and teaching methods like time table of exams class room time table College timings etc Yes the timimg of exams were not so easy it was very hard for me to go to college it was so far to go from home but the college has no buses facility and i have already try to reach so early.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

Practically 80% of my 2020 batch was given job offer by top recruiting organizations like Amazon, iGate, Accenture, HCL, Infosys, Wipro, DE Shaw & Co. Typically the average package they offered to people was around 3- 4 lakhs and the highest was way up to 10 lakhs. Our College possessed an active location cell that functioned hard to provide recruitment and other job opportunities to us.

Satisfied with the University

Being honest i totally choose this university seeing there infrastructure and good revies on google and other sites , but after coming here i dont regreat it bcz its gives back , especially when you talk about the faculty and amenities provided. I have gone through PGCET batch of 2024 i have cleared my pgcet exam i have did my admission in alliance university i have choose this college to get best courses and placement. yes i get rejection from other college because i have got college from pgcet i dint not get selected from other college the admission process were 354560 through pgcet batch and through management were 950000 and the eligibilty of student were the student should get atleast 25 passing marks the cutt off is 50% it was very difficult to pass the admission cost was very difficult and expensive of two years of my graduation....Read More
