Course structure, Placements, Fee Structure, Close to hometown, Best college as per my rank in the exam. Talked to a few seniors as well, so got to know about college before hand and the primary reason was the placements

Course curriculum is excellent and from the first year itself we focus on core cse fundamentals. Everything is really good from college academics to campus life. Most imprtant thing is the alumni network. Most of our seniors are qorking in really good firms and IIIT has a really strong alumnni base. Course I would rate 10 faculty I've rated 7 as faculty is not that great but course structure really helps a lot. So overall giving a 9.

Ididn'y get an intern on campus but ample amount of opportunities for internships as well. As good as placements also you can go for off campus interns IIITA is a brand, you'd be shortlisted easily.

Just Amazing. Placements was the primary reason I'd chosen the college. Google, Oracle, Amazon, Flipkart, and n number of companies visit our campus. Competition is cut throat as everyone in your batch is really really good. So you'd get the opportunities but you need to perform better than peers to bag the job. Also one kid one offer policy so it's really great. Avg ctc was around 20lpa for my batch. minimum went to 8-10lpa and max went as high as 35-40lpa.

Lots of opportunities in India and abroad as well. All you need to do is to talk to a senior who either has done an intern or has prepared. Seniors are really helpful and if you're determined you'd do great. Fee structure is really good as it is a govt college so it's really cheap also mess food is a mess :p You can avail loan is easily if you're getting admitted to IIITA. I'd taken one from SBI

Social life is great. As we live in the campus itself, we get to play eat and hangout 24*7. It's like your home only :p We have good places to eat as well, amul parlour coffe shop canteen area. Night canteen is open till 3 AM :p

hostel is just fine. good enough facilities to survice. 10/10 on cleanliness. It's just good enough so no concerns as such. I try to write crisp modify it as per your requirement.
