My college experience

I filled the form for the entrance in iit and aieee. I also done coaching of one year. I had an interview and entrance in this university for admission.

The structure of the course in this college is good enough though i don't study much. The university had a huge library in which everyone can fit in and study or do whatever they want but silently.

Yes, they provide internships. But i was not aware so i took internship outside the college and done it in the summer vacations. The have strict rules that wants all the details of your every day at the time of internship and after that they also organise meetings for every internship guide to meet and explore their company for job opportunities.

The placements of the amity university is not so good because 90% of the students don't get, though some of them have 90 % marks in b.tech others i don't know.company like face book, Microsoft, navy gives very good packages but the students not get selected. They give like 21,00,000 to 300000.

Fees structure is not good as it is very high for any middle class also. I don't know about other courses but the fees for b.tech student of one semester is 120,000. This is for those who passes the criteria of admission and those who don't they have to give 2 lac +sem fees which is not good and also not worthy for studying in amity.

They provide scholarships to those students who get above 95%. They also provide loan facility to the students who can't afford to study in this university.

Exam structure is now good enough but they don't give leaves in core subjects which are hard to prepare in a day and give leaves in value added course that we don't want.what we want is some leaves in exam so that we can prepare. Exams are nicely instructed through out whole time.

The process takes place through the entrance which is an interview mainly and they question you about your previous studies and also made you to write an essay on a topic. I heard about this university by my friend with whom i studied in school so i came to this university doing b.tech.

The faculty in the amity university are very qualified and well maintained. They do all their work on time. They teach us very nicely. Some of them are very friendly and make us very comfortable to ask anything in between the class or in their cabin.
