All about my wonderful college life

I applied for SDMCET,Dharwad Then I got admission is KLE Technological University, Hubli (Formerly known as BVBCET) which was best in the region so I just joined this college. I didnot avail any quota. Admission criteria is good marks in you PU board as welll as good CET or COMEDK rankings mandatory. Or else I guess there are management seats also that might cost your expensive. Admission was done in a very smooth way. PAy the fees through the challan and visit the college office then the admin will guide through the further processes.

It was an interesting course so I joined it at that time. But currently, as the college turned to be a university from autonomous college few the branches are merged with the main branches. So now you won't find a separate automobile branch. Faculty-student ratio in my department was 2:4 Qualifications of faculties were Ph.D. or Mtech from premium institutes or MS from abroad. Term exams were conducted every 6 months on time without any delay. And if you are a hard worker then I guess nothing is difficult to break.

For my branch internships were not provided by the college. Projects are done every semester to get exposure to the practice fields. Starting from 1st sem you are made to do some of the other projects based on the topics given to you. You are dived into teams of 4 members and given 4 to 5 months of time you guys have to find the resource, plan and execute the project and submit it. A panel sits for the review of your project submission with the viva and presentation to give scores to your project.

From 7 th sem students become eligible for placements. But to be eligible for placements all the sem marks average is considered. N no of companies visits for placements especially good chance for software guys. Companies like Accenture, Infosys, Walmart,Nokia,Amaggi, Sony, KPIT, Mercedes, Continental, SAP Labs,etc etc. 100% placement is assured. The highest package might be 17Lpa+ for a fresher and an average starting package of 4Lpa minimum is offered. Most of the students get placed I wanted to go for higher studies

Fees changed every year . When I joined in 2014 initially it was 35000+ and in theyear 2018 when I passed out it was 45000+ Scholarship i got from government of 30000 per month. Placements were few fewer for my department when compared to software guys and also I had differnet plans for my career so I didnot attend placements.

There are plenty of cultural and tech fests and other activities are always conducted on campus. No doubt all were amazing. The annual fest was conducted every year for 3 days in March. All kinds of books and journals are issues to the students without any hassle in the library. All the classrooms were well equipped with chairs, a bench, smart boards, and projectors. All kinds of sports and extracurricular activities are conducted on the campus. I am unable to recall as of now. Yeah, but there were social groups, clubs, and websites run by the students for the students.

Facilities provided in the room are a fan, cot, bed, pillow, racks, wardrobes, table, and chair Meal quality was awesome no doubt in that. Hot and healthy The registration process is simple. Take a hostel fees challan from warden fill it in the bank and rooms are really affordable based on your choice. 2 sharing, 3 sharing or 5 sharing. I would loved to stay in a hostel rather than a rented room or PG
