Remarks

I filled the form of two colleges. first- Lucknow university and another National pg College. I had taken admission in national pg as its councelling had arrived first and I like its norms and rules as compared to Lucknow University. I am a general student so I don't avail myself any quota for admission. The admission was held on the basis of merit i.e on the basis of 12th marks due to covid I got 86% in inter so my admission was confirmed in self-finance seats when the merit list declared I got 330 rank so self-finance seat was given to me. There are not so many restrictions on age during admission.I think students who did their inter after 2014 can take admission in 2020. The students who din their inter before 2014 can't take admission in ug courses in 2020. When the merit list was declared and after my selection, they give me info about my counseling date and other covid prevention measures. In counseling, they verify my all documents and gives instructions about their rules.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I want to take admission in BCom as it is the best traditional ug degree for commerce students. college faculties are good enough. strictness, hygiene, teachers staff, nonteachers staff, canteen classes, washrooms, all are good enough for the students. Some teachers are very supportive and give guidance to each and every student whenever asked. There were 550 students in BCom out of which 220 were regular students and 330 were self-financed students. Qualifications are simple the students must get 55% above marks in aggregate not in the best 4 or best 5 to fill the admission form. Due to covid situation, all classes will have to run online and there were many network glitches due to which classes will not run smoothly moreover teaching method is very simple good supportive and understandable ..normally odd sem exam will be held in dec and even sem exam held in June but due to covid all schedule is changed to pass the exam students must study well and prepare notes.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Internships are offered to students in the college. The college is good enough to provide internship programes.rext business solutions is the private company which provides internship in digital marketing course through college.

Placement Experience

3

Students are eligible for placement at the end of the sixth semester in my point of view. there were many companies like zomato, Skorpion technologies Pvt Lmt, tcs, south Indian bank, Flipkart, and many more.no ideas about highest package how many packages they offer. students must secure 80%+ for getting placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

National pg is a gov autonomous college of Lucknow University. so its fees are economical for the government seats or regular seats but at the same time, it's very costly for self-finance seats. Regular students pay 5000 per year for BCom while self-financed students pay 23000 per year. This gap must be reduced as it is part of the student's point of view. The fees must be more for self-finance students but not too much like this, there was a difference of 18000 rs which is a big deal. In my point of view, this is only the policy of the college which I don't like moreover government provides financial assistance through a scholarship but the scholarship amount is based on regular students fees, not on self-finance fees and i think the only college is responsible for this which must be reduced

Campus Life

3.5

I am a Fresher student so I don't know much about how they conducted their fest and when they have conducted their fest or any other activities. Moreover, due to the covid situation, they were not in a position to hold any annual fest or tech fest or something like this. This college is very good in case of books issuing from the library. The library is very big that each and every book is available in the library and student can easily avail the facility of the library by issuing books there is no any problem in issuing books. Prove that the college held sports and any other curriculum activities but I don't know when they have held sports activities and other extra curriculum activities because due to covid situation they were not in a position to held such activities at this time.

Interview Experience

4.5

Due to the covid situation, the admission process was on a merit basis and not only exam pattern basis but in normal trend National pg held admission exams. There were no group discussions during the admission process instead of this there was counseling in which all the documents were verified and they take my permission so that they can take their online classes through the internet through my self attested signature and ID and they were giving instructions about their roles and norms of the college and strictness of the college that is the college is known for its strictness and Simply I submitted my course fee which is 23000 per year and I get back from there.

Other Applied Colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

The B.Com course curriculum in my college is quite relevant and well structured. It covers core commerce subjects like accounting, business studies, and economics, which helped me choose this course. The syllabus mainly focuses on building strong theoretical fundamentals, which is useful for students planning higher studies such as M.Com, MBA, or professional courses like CA. The curriculum prepares students reasonably well for academic purposes, but there is still scope for improvement in terms of real-world exposure. More practical learning, case studies, presentations, and industry interaction would make the course more skill-oriented and career-focused. The college follows the semester system with internal and external examinations conducted regularly. The exams are of moderate difficulty level. Students who attend classes regularly, complete assignments, and study consistently can pass and score good marks.
