Remarks

I did not apply to any other college. I also didn't avail any quota for the admission process in IBS Mumbai. My admission process went very smoothly as it was organized very properly. The admission Criteria is 50%+ in both graduation and entrance exam. We went to the Hyderabad campus where the GDPI process was conducted.

Course Curriculum Overview

PGPM in IBS Mumbai gives an excellent chance to enhance your personal, academic, and corporate skills. Faculty members are graduated from renowned institutions and also hold Doctorates. The teaching style is very simple and interactive. All examinations are conducted on a timely basis.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 801000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many companies offer various profiles for students according to their capabilities and interests. companies like IIFL, JP Morgan, Aditya Birla, DFHL came to campus for Internships. Some of them were paid internships up to Rs 10000 stipend while some were unpaid.

Placement Experience

Many companies visit the campus which includes BIG 4 like EY, KPMG, PwC, Delloite, and other big companies like JP Morgan, HDFC, Neilson, and many more. 98% of the previous batch has been placed till now and the remaining are still in the process.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees charged are affordable compared to other institutions. ROI is above average. Also, the college helps in Loan assistance and during pandemics, the college also provides with bridge loan facility. Students with more than 8 CGPA are eligible for a scholarship of Rs 2000 and above.

Campus Life

Konflux is the two days annual fest in the college in the month of January, 20+ clubs come together and plan events in different domains. Library provides us with all the domain books. Many clubs like Tarkash- Sports club, M360 - Marketing club, and Kautilya- Finance club operates many activities.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. There were sessions for GD, PI and other guidance. There was GD round after that PI was taken , I gave ibsat and got total of 92% as a result of all the process.
