Remarks

MET institute faculty of pharmacy Moradabad. I have not availed of any quota for admission. I directly get enrolled. My subject was PCM in 12 after that I applied here. The maximum number of marks required here is 45% after 12 you can apply here or you can give the entrance exam for a scholarship.

I chose this course because I have an interest in the medical field and the faculty is very good very hardworking and supportive. All the teachers and professors are well educated and good in their subjects. Here we have 3 class tests and 1 sessional exam per semester. 50% marks are required to clear the exam.

Internships Opportunities

The placement process is a three phases process like where the institute first contact different companies and organizations and encourage the students to register and held pre-placement talks between the company and the students and finally participate in the final placement selection process.

Placement Experience

In 4 years you will become eligible for campus placement. Companies like Amazon, Tata, Infosys, and many more visits here. The highest package is 12 LPA and the average package is 3 LPA. My plans after b pharm are M pharm. The percentage of students getting placement is 55%.

Fees and Financial Aid

The Fees for this course are 430000. For 1 year 130000. For 2 to 4 years 100000/- per year. You can apply for a scholarship also, 10000 or more than that you can get. Affordable fees in comparison to other colleges.

Campus Life

Campus Life is amazing. Books are easily available in the library for ur course and have 1 central library also. Classrooms are spacious and well ventilated. Tournaments are held every day like football matches, kabaddi, badminton, cricket for girls and Boys both. The music room is also there for the interested students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In current scenarios b pharma is one of the best option to pursue carrier for becoming drug inspector or pharmacist. The frequency of exam is after every 3 months we have to give sessional exams followed by annual exams ( theory + practicals).

Decent College with Average Facilities and Opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are average, not very high but some companies do visit every year. Students become eligible for placements from final year, mostly from 7th or 8th semester. Companies are not very big mostly local or mid level pharma companies come. Some roles offered are like production, quality control and marketing. Highest package is not very high, around 3-4 LPA and average package is around 2-2.5 LPA. Percentage of students getting placement is not very high, maybe around 40-50% approx. Many students prefer to go for higher studies or try off campus jobs. My plan after completing degree is to look for job in pharma field or maybe go for higher studies depending on opportunity. Overall placement is okay but needs improvement.

Simple College with Average Opportunities

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is average, not very high but also not too bad. Students become eligible for campus placement from 7th semester. Some companies visit the college but not many big companies comes regularly. Companies like small pharma companies and local companies visit and offer roles like production, quality control and sales. The highest package is around 3–4 LPA and average package is about 2–2.5 LPA. Number of offers is also limited and not all students get placed. Around 30-40% students get placement from campus, rest students have to search job on their own or go for higher studies. College gives some support but not very strong placement help. Because of this, many students including me are planning for higher studies or preparing for competitive exams to get better opportunities. Overall placement is okay but need improvement.
