Remarks

I took admission by class 10th marks according to the number scale of maths and science. I registered myself after 12 th exam then I selected in this college. I got Mechanical Engineering course in this College for 3 years. In this Covid situation the College remains continue the class by online session.

Course Curriculum Overview

I didn't attend any exam because of covid pandemic situation but the Entrance exam JEXPO is very easy because It is 10th standard questions and it's is very easy to crack it this JEXPO exams . Just you have a good knowledge about math and science (physics amd chemistry) then you have got chances.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 1200 per year

Internships Opportunities

Doing projects in our college like Engineering projects mechanical projects making machines heavy machines making various things of mechanical engineering things in our college and from the college learn every single things about the engineering.

Placement Experience

I have plan after the diploma degree I could apply for the BTech and I appear in exam and after that completing my BTech then I would try for competitive exams for jobs. I have to apply for mechanical engineer jobs for some railway jobs for some engineering jobs

Fees and Financial Aid

I did not get any scholarship just because my family income is more than the value of the schiteria.I ap plied for the scholarship previously but I did not get any scholarship due to this issue . but the college provided other students all the scholarship witches by provided by government and the central government and the foreign scholarship also.

Campus Life

There is no Union or clubs or website or social groups have in our college but we have a Facebook group in in our college which has provided good study material and the college facilities and the phased and programs also everything.

My Experience at TPI as a 3rd Year Diploma Undergrad

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are good. Big names are associated with TPI for campus placements. But for Computer Science students, very few companies arrive, that too with very less salaries. (not worth it). It is generally reccomendable if you can do a Btech is come college and work on your skills there, your employbility gets higher. Highest package from Computer Science is 20 LPA (off-campus) and lowest package is 1.8 LPA (on-campus). Generally on campus placements range from 2 to 3 LPA.

We college have many companies like tata motors, cumming company, dana limites, spices limited, Ashok Leyland. Mahindra. L and t company and much more high package is 3.5 lakh per annum aur department students got 90 per cent placed. I have been placed in tata motors which gives me 3.2 lacs per annum. My plan is to do b tech at Jadavpur University.

Students become eligible for placement in the final year of the diploma course. Most companies like Wipro TCS visit our college. The average package is 5 lahks and 90 percent of students got placed in every branch.

Best start for a professional life

Placement Experience:

From fifth semester semester students became eligible for campus drive recruitment. And college also started campus drive. As i earlier mentioned that campus drive are not that much satisfying at all during 2012-2014. I was passed out at 2014 & in my time there's only one company came for civil engineering branch except that all are IT companies. For electronics & telecommunication and Computer science student there's lots of scope at that period. Some of them got package of 3.6 lakh per annum which may be the highest package as far as i know during my days. In an average we get 2 lakh per annum package. I just set one campus drive recruitment of Printika pvt. Ltd. which recruited almost 15 civil engineer from our branch. They offered 2 lakh per annum package to all. As a percentage of placed student from my branch is almost 20%. Overall from 2014 batch it'll be 30-50%. Unfortunately i didn't placed from that placement drive as I'm planning for higher study.

From 5th semester students are eligible for campusing. Badve autotech pvt ltd. A1 fence products pvt. Ltd. Crescent foundry and so many companies are visited our campus and offerd almost every students for job.the highest package is 1.80 lpa and lowest is 1.44 lpa. There re almost 60 percent students are placed and rests are getting prepare for next campusing.My plan is doing job after completing this degree.

To gain admission to this college, candidates must have passed the class 10th board exam with the minimum required marks.
