College management is very efficient and helpful. Always encouraging students to perform their best.

I took the CAT examination and secured 94 percentile. In Mumbai, SIMSR was one of the top colleges and hence I opted for it.

The course curriculum is pretty extensive. The first year is common to add and includes human resource, finance, marketing and operations subjects. Second year students can choose the specialization. Now I think there is dual specialization with one major and one minor subject. Second year includes extensive research work and reading white papers.

Yes college provides summer internship and some of the top companies of each sector go to the college for hiring. Stipend varies between 20k per month to 75k per month.

Placement and job opportunities are very bright. Top brands come to campus for recruitment and bright students get selected. There is a slotting process for companies to come and the students select the slots based on job profile, compensation and location being offered.

There were many events celebrated at college. From technical festivals to cultural to management festivals. Students were also given opportunities to participate in the events of other institutes and were encouraged to go there and win prizes. Events were conducted on a very large scale and invited students from all to bschools.

Fee structure is very feasible. I completed my MBA in 2010 in 2.2 lacs. This excluded hostel fees. This amount was very less as compared to the other top institutes. Reasonable fees and good facilities so the return on investment was very good because the good placement opportunities.

I did not avail and hence have not much idea about the scholarship/ loan facility offered. Educational loan was availed by many students.

Campus life was very good there was a lot of focus on academics as well as extra curricular and co curricular activities. There were first lecture series, lot of sports and competitions in gaming and academic related no bias in gender, sexism orientation etc. Everyone was given equal attention and focus.

The hostel is new and was built in 2008. There is a lot of sports facilities on the campus. Hostel is on sharing basis. We had to pay 1.2k for 2 years in 2010. There was a college mess. Food was very average at that time, but must have improved over the years. It was nominal.

The alumni network is very strong there is an annual festival in which all alumnus are invited. That gives everyone an opportunity to interact with seniors. Also we have an alumni email group on which jobs are posted.

Exams and labs very quite frequent and it was good because it provides the students with a learning opportunity. It used to get hectic at times when the notice for presentations was very short but all in all it was a great learning experience. A combination of hectic and chilled out.

Admission process began with gathering the form. Post following g the form and submission, there was a first shortlist for GD and interview. Post that they released the second and final shortlist.o be needs to keep an eye out on their email for the notifications since all communication is via email.

The faculty is mostly PhD qualified and hence the level of understanding and teaching is very good. Teachers are also declared through a rigorous process hence they are all very good. Students can also give feedback to the administration about the faculty.
