1st n 2nd year, the academia is very very good but 3rd 4th year we all are left on ourselves for everything. Rest we have lots of messed up rules around here which makes it more of a boarding school rather than being an Engg College.

Management Quota- Easy to acquire admission here no college preference for me- I knew one thing- wherever I go I will give my best.

Within campus, the faculties takes a good care of the understanding of the students. They do a lot of hard work to make each child learn the syllabus. The curriculum is divided into two semesters comprising of 6-8 subjects. Regarding electives, we are not given much choices. These are decided by the authorities.

No. My college do not provide internships. For internships, students make their own ways, they create their own contacts and they apply by themselves. As for the authority, till now they easily but only provide the NOC certificate in the term of the summer or winter break of final year. For the rest, we are asked to be in our classes.

Regarding the figures of my branch, RKGIT almost provides 100% of placement with few students having more than 2-3 jobs in their basket. But as for the reality, these jobs of 2.5-4.5 LPA are not good enough to survive in good cities. Some students who are capable for more gets little disappointed in this field.

We do have one annual fest comprising of various technical, cultural events. It is generally of two days. As for the celebrities, they were not allowed here till last year as according to our former Director, "This stage only deserves our own talent". Apart, many branch wise competitions also takes place. My branch generally hosts the CSI(Computer Society of India) events.

Fee is Feasible fee- 1.2 lakh per annum hostel- 60-70 thousand per annum and a nominal 2-3 k as a university examination fee this is almost minimum for any engg college running in Delhi-NCR region.

Yes, University provides scholarships to the needy. Anyone lies within the limits can apply for scholarship. Generally an OBC candidate with income ceritificate of less than 1 LPA avails more than 50% of their scholarship. BUT the process of availing is too complex and hectic.

Campus is small but large enough to provide us a good experience. We enjoy our friendship to the depth of the imagination here. Bunks, Hangouts, Couple Diaries all exist in our college. Gender ratio is poor as seen for whole college but concerned about my branch it is almost around 1 on 1. Yes we have our mates from all around India. Extra activities such as debates, robotics, dance, painting is generally on a great level. I myself is a part of Orion. A student group dedicated to robotics.

Hostels: Hostels accommodation is good and is within campus only. We have One,Two,Three and Four Seater rooms i.e sharing. Hostel rooms are spacious with day to day facilities. We have 24 hours of electricity and water. Hostel regulations on girls are little harsh but their safety is the prime concern. MESS: mess food is not upto the mark. You can see every now n then Students criticizing the food and talks about boycotting the mess is one hot debate everyday.

As for me, I have a whole bunch of seniors attached with me. I love being with them n they also take a good care of me from academics to life changing decisions.

Exam Structure is strictly according to the University pattern. Everything is done according to the univ norms and no relaxation is taken or given in this regards. Two Sessionals followed by One Pre-Univ Test is taken to check the performance of students and to create internals. Then the external exams are conducted as scheduled by university.

After UPTU Counselling, I contacted authority that I am seeking admission here in CS branch. They went through my results of +2 n my UPTU entrance examination marks as well as my JEE marks and they also took an interview to test my personality and other skills. Finally they prevailed me with an admission in this college. The process of direct admission is simple- Contact the Reception about the admission and they will direct you for the rest.

Teachers here in my college are well qualified to teach their respective subjects well. They try to improvise new and different ways to make pupil understand. But when it comes to extra knowledge, or when it comes to industrial know how, 80% of the faculties lack to fulfill the gap between academia and industry.
