Remarks

I'd applied for LJ Engineering , Changa Institute of Technology and some others too. I decided to choose this college as this was recommended by many of my friends and I've also heard about it. I got it in the 1st merit list which has students above 92 percentile and no issue of age limit.

Course Curriculum Overview

I've chosen Computer Engineering as my majors as i was very much interested in it and this course has the best payouts. The ratio of faculty to student is quite good and the teaching qualities of the faculties are also good. They are well educated and experienced in their own fields. Most of the teaching is done on the smartboard. The exams are held after six months and mid sems after 2-3 months and the level of difficulty is quite high.

Internships Opportunities

Every year after end sems , a number of companies visit for internship opportunities like Tatvasoft , BlueRidge , Amnex , STP etc .Some are without stipend and some with average of 5k per month. During 4 years students are engaged in various projects including technologies like Java , python,C++ etc

Placement Experience

The students are eligible for campus placement after 6th semester (3rd year). Various companies like Synoptek, Delta , Tatvasoft,Byjus etc have visited. Highest package was of 10 lpa by Byjus and average package is around 3 lpa. The percentage of students getting placement is about 70-80% . I'm planning for masters.

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees are 90,000 although it is shown 82,000 in the brochure. So the fees are quite high. There are many scholarships available like Mysy and others. Also the college helps you find some scholarships. There is also on campus placement in the University and the average paygrade is of 3 lakhs per annum

Campus Life

The name of the annual fest is "Instincts" and it is held in the months of February-March. They are most conducted in the college premises only. Also the college has it's own library and almost all the required books are available. The college has Cricket pitch, basketball court and a football ground. There are many social clubs like CESA, students club and others.

There is no major problem in the curriculum regarding to the course. The curriculum covers almost all major real-world applications. But, the there is so much detailed and compulsive study on techniques that are not even used in today's time.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Students are eligilble for campus placements from 7th semester. The highest package is 2100000 and the lowest is 200000. The median package is 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per year. From last two years there was 100% placements but usually its 90%. I plan to pursue pg after this degree in either mtech or mba.

Placement Experience:

In our college placement starts from 7th semester and students are eligible from the 7th semester. The highest package is around 21 lakh and avg package is 3.5 to 4 lakhs(companies are tcs , tatvasoft , argusoft , IBM etc.) many students get placement like more than 50 % my simple plan is to get a good job from campus placement and do job after my graduation.

Placements start to comence from 7th sem.It is the eligibility criteria for all students. Companies like Sopan Industries etc have visited the campus for placement purpose. Highest package was of around 4.9lpa and average is around 3.4lpa Most students who got placements were those with an average CGPA of 8.6
