Remarks

I did not apply for any college. I only applied for IBS Mumbai. The minimum admission criteria were 50 % and above For the entrance exam and graduation. The admisison process included an induction session along with GD-PI which took place at the Hyderabad campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

The first-year subjects are common for all and second-year students can choose subjects as per their domain choice. Faculties are well versed with domain knowledge and are highly qualified. Exams are taken on a timely basis.

Internships Opportunities

comapnies like JPMC Amul and SD Corp come to college with internship opportunities. They offer various roles to students in thier domain. Some of the internships were paid from 3000 to 10000 Rs per month.

Placement Experience

comapnies come to college in the 3rd semester. Majorly finance and marketing comapnies come to college like JP MORGAN, EY, Neilson, and many more. The average package is around 6.5 lakhs for both domains.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees charged are 8 lakh Rs for two years which is comparatively less than other colleges. loan assistance is provided by the college for further help in fees. Also scholarship is given to students who have * and above CGPA

Campus Life

There are various domain and cultural clubs in the college. Konflux is the annual festival of college which is held in January and many clubs come together and organize this fest. The campus is very spacious and nice.

Interview Experience

The admission process took place at the Hyderabad campus which included the GD round and the Personal Interview round. The process was very simple and easy-going. I joined classes for the preparation of the entrance exam.

My SBS Journey

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

Placement Experience:

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

Remarks:

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. This college surely helps students in grooming and enhancing skill to the top. I would definitely recommend this college to the upcoming students those who are planning to do MBA in order to achieve goals and learn quality skills.

I applied for ibs mumbai because of it's location, teaching and faculty. It was according to my requirements.
