Remarks

Firstly gave IBSAT which was the entrance exam and after qualifying in I was sent an letter for GD and PI in their Hyderabad campus. Most of them who give IBSAT are selected for GD and PI round in Hyderabad. I gave IBSAT in December 2019 and the GD PI round was in February 2020 in Hyderabad. In the form we had to fill our preference campus among their campuses in india. My first preference was Mumbai.

Course Curriculum Overview

As I enrolled in 2020 the lectures were online due to the pandemic. Our lectures were started in June 2020.the course I enrolled for is PGPM. Faculties are good and specially few visiting faculties are very good. The support team could be a bit better. The teaching method is usually based upon case studies. Even during the exams case studies are very important. In our first sem we had our mid term in August and semester exam in October. As the lectures were online the exam was also conducted online.

Internships Opportunities

So after the 2nd semester, we have to do our sip which is the summer internship program. This was from February to May. College got us so many companies for a sip and I was selected in Aditya Birla Sunlife insurance Ltd for a sip.

Placement Experience

Students are eligible to get placements if they have got CGPA above 5.5 in semester 1 and 2. Placements start from the 3rd semester. The average package is 6.6 lpa and the percentage of students getting placed is around 98%.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee is 7,30,000 with 154000 in the 1st instalment and 144000 in the other 4 instalments. Given the fees structure, we couldn't benefit much as lectures were all online. We had hopes of going to the college for the 3rd semester but again due to the second wave of Covid, it started online. And I feel for online lectures the fees could have been a little reduced.

Campus Life

As I have mentioned we haven't been able to attend the classes on campus at all so won't be able to comment on amenities in class and campus. Talking about clubs there are 16 clubs. In the first, we were given the choice to join clubs and then were selected by our seniors according to our abilities. The annual festival was Konflux and it was conducted during December. This time it was online and I feel all the clubs did a commendable job of benefiting the most with resources available online and arranging events successful.

Interview Experience

I gave the IBSAT in December 2020 in Mumbai and then was selected for the GD-PI round in Hyderabad. I went to Hyderabad for the gd and PI. The GD topic given was managers vs leaders. And in the PI basic questions were asked like tell me about yourself, about my graduation, why am u choosing ppm.

Placement Experience:

During my time the first company that visited our organization was Naukri.com, and feel proud to say that i got placed in the same organization. I am very happy with my placement. But talking about my peers. Number of companies who visited to our institute was compared to low as per our expectations. Majority of the companies who visited the institute were sales based organizations. Very less companies for finance and HR field. This made a difficult call for students.

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

from 2 sem you get to apply from interships and from 5th sem for placements ,i applied for only company which was tiaa one of the most biggest mnc in india who is direct compitator of jp morgan , i got a package of 6 lacks ctc per anum but the highest package was 12 lacks , the college has a policy that all student gets placed no students are left behind

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

Placement Experience:

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

To be honest there are placements but the placements are like no one want to be there it is just something unacceptable for the HR students . The promises the long talks are all false and they doesn't focus on students future and career rather they care for just attendance

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable.
