Review for AIIMS Rishikesh

I have applied for AIIMS Bhopal but I couldn't get in my first round of counselling. I have an opt-out for the OBC quota. The admission criteria are based on neet score and cut off. My marks were 635/720. The admission process is really easy. The counselling day was held in a big room at AIIMS Delhi and we get our alloted college from the merit list.

I chose this course due to my interest in medical science. On an average faculty:student is 1:10. The professor is really good we understand each and every concept taught to us in a very friendly manner. The exam was not that difficult if we grasp the concept taught by our teachers.

We get a stipend after we were given hospital duties after 4th-year completion. It's of 1.5-year duty our stipend is not that much as compared to other medical colleges. But we learn a lot during our internship at hospitals.

AIIMS Rishikesh is really really affordable for everyone our fees for the whole year is less than 2000 rupees. The hostel fee is just rupees 15 per month. After 4 years, we will be assigned for duty in hospitals and we will get a stipend.

Our annual fest is called Pyrexia. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the annual fest due to Covid 19. Hope this pandemic ends soon. Our library has lots of books available. We have our coursebook, fiction, novel, comics anything. We want our library to be too spacious. Our campus has a football court. Basketball court, we have indoor sports like table tennis. And lots of games are available. There are not many extracurricular activities available for us because we spent most of our time in study, unlike engineering colleges. We have a website for us many clubs are available as well.

Our room is spacious and clean with a single bedroom available. We can use any electronic machines in our room as the electrical bill is included in the hostel fee. We enjoy ourselves a lot in our room. For the study, they provided us with a good table and chair as well. We have been server really good and tasty food as of in my case but opinion changes. The registration process for hostel allotment is really flawless and simple. Our hostel is super affordable we give less than 20 rupees per month as our hostel fee.
