For B.Com. Just good score in 10+2 exam is required. and as per your score your are shortlisted for the college. I have scored 82% in the same. KP is very well known, reputed & good college of the city. Its a reason to choose a college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Well. College is not deciding the curriculum but a University decide the same. It provide good depth of knowledge. University curriculum is as compared to another universities in Gujarat and almost all the aspects of the commerce is covered in it. As far as research is concerned there is an option to opt M.Com. , M. Phil & Ph.D.
Internships Opportunities
No. Our college doesn't provide the internship opportunity. We by over self can find it within city. You may find it with CA/CWA/CS/Lawyers office and get easily an internship.
College Events
College celebrate all events like independence day , republic day, raksha bandhan, gurupurnima, freshers party, musical morning, friendship day, annual day, youth festival at university, A full celebration of various days like black day, traditional day, garba, suit & saree day etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As this is a government college , fees is feasible in nature. For every semester approx 1000 INR (maximum) may be required. and at the fist time admission some deposits like library deposit etc are required to be paid which is refundable at the time of leaving the college.
Fees and Financial Aid
College & government provide good scholarship options to various type of students. I have not availed any of them. But it is for meritorious students, economically need based students and reserved category students like SC/ST/OBC etc as per rule. You may avail a loan facility from any bank by applying education loan.
Campus Life
Campus is really very good with natural surrounding, College have a badminton /table tennis/tennis court, basket ball ground. Create ground along with other colleges in the campus. good auditorium. Computer lab. library, Sports complex. Where good number of competitions are organised like drama, singing, best out of west, dancing, mahendi etc.
Admission
College is affiliated with VNSGU and central council is created for the centralised admission. First it needs to take a prospectus online/offline paid a fees for it. Submit along with documents to a college as per list provided in the prospectus. In the form filling you need to fill up the college preferences and according to that & your 10+2 score you will be short listed for the admission.
Faculty
Generally all faculties are Associate /Assistant professor as per UGC rules & many more are with Phd & M.phill who pursue a good knowledge for their subject. They provide us the practical assignment etc. Some are not in good so manner but these some are very less as compared to good number of faculties .
