Experience of a would be lawyer

I gave the entrance exam of llb under Calcutta University. My rank was 902 after the result there were 12 colleges and I preferred three of them then I was selected for the course under George school of law.

I prefer this course (BA.LLB) because in this course I have a huge job opportunity like I can become a lawyer or I can apply for the judicial service exam (wbjs) or I can also do any corporate job as a legal advisor. In every college, 120 students can take admission..so in our college ( George school of law ) per year 120 students can apply through the merit list of Calcutta University's entrance exam ..our faculty members are very helpful. Our teachers are also teaching us very well and always trying to give their best, BALLB is a great course per year we have to give two semesters during the course just we need to study well after 5 years we have to give the bar council examination and after passing we can get our license and can practice in the high court as a lawyer.

There are 4 government colleges where we have to only pay the minimum amount as semester fees.. And the others have their fees charts around 2.5 lakhs to 3.5 lakhs Our college have also it's own charts. The entire course fees is around 2.4 lakhs After 5 years we can apply for masters which is called LLM after that we can do PhD too.

We have a big library, We have basic amenities and our authority organizes some extracurricular activities like quiz, debates, moot cour, etc.. Our college is connected with the Rotaract club and we have our own platform in social media

We need to pass the entrance examination of Calcutta University after the higher secondary exam. Full marks of the examination are 100 and the pattern is mcq, There is basically no syllabus..just need to grow the general knowledge, English language and mathematics.. During class 12 I just build up my general knowledge and practice some model question.
