Good experience and facilities.

Overall it was a great journey in the college. I was placed in Infosys and Accenture both the companies. Currently working in an IT industry and would like to thanks my college and faculty with whole my heart.

Took UPTET entrance exam and scored around 10,000 rank overall India. Was admitted into this college by counselling I have given few names of the colleges after enquiring with few of my friends in Delhi. Later, this college was allocated to me.

It was really good experience in the college. The facilities were really good. Accoding to your branches the classrooms are allotted and the Labs were well equipped. Professors were great assets of the college. Really helpful and understanding. Focus on studies and projects preparations, everything was upto the expectation.

When I was there, there was no internship facility available. Really not sure what is the situation currently.

The placements were fine in 2009. Out of 360, 120 students approx were places in different MNCs like Infosys, Accenture, L&T Infotech, BirlaSoft, GlobalSoft, NIIT etc. The packages offered were around 3-5 lac per annum. At that time, this was considered as good placements considered for the college.

There were many events in the college. Starting with the freshers party, Sports day celebration, Tech Fest , Cultural events etc apart from all this we were having different events based on festivals like rangoli/sketching/paper presentation etc it was good experiencing participating in the events and getting the rewards.

The fee structure was nominal.I am sure now the fees might have been increased. In 2005 the fees was around 45000 per year(college fees only), hostel was separate and the fees for hostel was around 50000 which includes mess charges as well. In total around 1 lac per year for 4 years for B.Tech course.

I am not sure about this. Might be something would have introduced after my graduation was over. As per my knowledge, there were no such facilities.

Overall It was really a wonderful college. There are pros and cons in every institution but I feel it was good in case you are dedicated to pursue the course. The facilities available were good enough for learning. Also, the extra-curricular activities were held time to time so that no one gets bored of studies. Gender ratio was depending on the branch, like in mechanical out of 60M there were 5F only. But in CSE, 60M to 25F ratio was there.

Hostel facilities were available for all the students, there was no any seats limitations. Rooms were bit limited. Like twin sharing/Single rooms were limited but three-sharing rooms were abundant so no issues just adjustments. Mess Food was fine, some days it was really good and some days it was pathetic. Overall facilities were really nice and hostel was inside the college campus which was the best part of the college.

Alumni meets are held every year or 2 years. I used to get mails from the college community but do to located in different city, I am unable to attend the same. Network is really nice and all the professors are available on social sites and in touch with the students.

The exam was semester wise. In four years, there were 8 semesters with 5 subjects each. There were labs in every week and it was chilled out and interesting. Few subjects were bit tough as per the backgrounds and other were chilled out. Overall it was interesting to get knowledge through experiments.

UPTET conselling was there, where I mentioned my preferences. This college was available as per my rank and got selected accordingly. While going in the college, there was no interview process as I was selected based on examination. There was written examination, post which counselling and then according to the availability your preferred college is given to you.

Faculty of the college were fine. Few of the professors were really good. N.U.Khan, Nitin Upadhyay, Neetu Mam,Sanjay Sir, Manish Jha,Chaudhary sir, Atul Kumar, Arun Yadav,Neetesh Saxena,Shivani Mam,Raka Sir etc. These are the well know names of the faculty during the tenure of 2005-2009. Thanks for all the valuable learning during my stay in the college.
