Candidates for the Silver Oak University Ahmedabad must complete their class XIIth studies with minimum qualifying marks from any recognized Board. Interested students can apply for admission directly through the university's official website, or they can come to the college with any questions about the procedure, which will be answered by the administration staff.

This course appealed to me since I've always been fascinated by books and wanted to broaden my understanding of English literature. SOU's English Language and Literature program is one of the most comprehensive in the country, covering everything from Anglo-Saxon England to the present, as well as British literature and works produced in English from other areas of the world. And as for the faculty, they are extremely dedicated. They have years of experience and provide students with notes, a thorough explanation of basic ideas, and answers to their questions. They are easily approachable and have a friendly relationship with their students. Every six months, we have university exams, including 30 mark mid-semester exams and professor assignments.

There are internship opportunities available in several college departments, but none in the English department that I am aware of. There are numerous online webinars scheduled and Internshala Internship is also offered here.

Students who are in their seventh or eighth semester are eligible for campus placements. Many companies come to our campus for student recruitment. These businesses include Byjus, Jakson, Tata, Infosys, Wipro, Reliance Jio, Coca-Cola, and Royal Enfield, among others.

This program has an annual cost structure of Rs 30000, which is reasonable in light of the teaching and curriculum. We rely on government scholarship schemes or any private aiding agency that provides funding for higher study for scholarships.

In our college, the most popular annual fest is JUNOON. Many different tech fests are also held, IEEE SOCET SB is one of them. The annual festival is held in February and March. The tech fest takes place in August or September. As for the campus, it's smaller than those of other universities and the infrastructure of the college can also be improved.
