Life of students in SVUCE

I didn't apply to any other colleges and any other program. My brother told me this is a nice college life so I just applied for this college and when it comes to the program I am interested in the electrical branch so I just applied for this program only. I didn't have any valid quota I am an OC category student. Our college admission is done based on EAMCET rank. Minimum rank depends on branch type and their category. Overall for an OC student 5000 below rank required and for BC student 10000 below. For SC, ST students 20000 below. The admission process is simple just come to college and pay your fees on bank present in our college and submit your documents. For hostel admission, pay online fees in our college portal and submit that receipt to the hostel office and join the hostel.

I am interested in the electrical branch since my 10th standard, so I chose this course. In our course, they are a total of 5 professors and 2 assistant professors present each year have 60 students, a total of 240 students, and they were also lab assistants, TAs, etc. All Professors and Assistant Professors were Ph.D. holders They have good knowledge about the subject. We have two mid-exams and one university exam for each semester. The semester is not much difficulty, but if you didn't have any knowledge of the subject then you fail.

In our curriculum, we need to do an internship and mini projects for getting our certificate. So all students will do the internship and one mini-project. Stipend during internship depends on student internship doing company.

From the 7th semester onwards students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Medha, etc these are some of the companies recruiting our students every year, the minimum package is 3 lakh per annum and the maximum depends on the company. Two years back our college student got 20 lakhs per annum job. 40 percent of our students are selected for campus placements every year. My plan is I will do M.Tech after my B.Tech.

For college, the fee is 20,600 rupees. For the hostel, fees are 30,000 rupees. The value for money rating is good. Expect the government job family students all other students get Janmabhoomi scholarship and college fees also zero. Even students can apply for any scholarship to which they can apply. When it comes to placements, they were better companies recruiting our students every year like Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, the etc minimum salary is 25000 per month.

Our college has talents day(December), branch fest(October), Rhapsody(February), GETS(depending on seniors), the series party(April) these are the fest's conducted every year. It is like a festival during these fests. Organizers are students only. When it comes to books we have a huge Library here you can get any books and a book bank is also present for competitive exams and there is a small library for every department. Our classrooms have digital boards. They are good to listen to. When it comes to sports we have all sports students can learn any sport if they are interested our seniors encourage the freshers for playing sports. On the Facebook Svuce Student version is the group run by our students and we have a page in Insta also all the updates were posted on that pages.

In the hostel, we have single rooms for final year students and 5 members rooms for the remaining students. All rooms have beds, cots, mirrors, chairs, tables, fans, lights, plugs. Power is uninterrupted. Our hostel menu is very good. It is valuable for money. Our mess is controlled by students only. All the workers called students as Sir and we have right to ask if you don't like the food. Hostel fees are 30000 every year. It can be pay in online through svuce hostel portal.
