Remarks
It was quite a simple addmission process, the percentage criteria are around 85%, there is a Gujarati quota that one can avail. I applied for KC college but didn't go because Mithibai had better faculty which I got to know. The best part is the faculty.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose Bachelors of Arts because I was interested in humanities. Especially psychology and sociology. The Faculty in the art section is the best part I found. They were my motivation to attend the lectures and complete 75% attendance, they were friendly and helpful with students. Most of the faculty were Ph.D. already or pursuing it. exams were pretty tough, but one could manage to pass if attended lectures regularly.
Internships Opportunities
Internshala had a lot of internships given. they have student coordinators for internships and all. There is an internship fest that happens once a year, many good companies come around, with a good stipend. These internships are good career starters.
Placement Experience
I guess from 5th semesters students are eligible, there are many companies coming up, with the highest salary of 4 to 5 lac per anum, not sure about it, as I didn't took the college placement. if students want to study further they are not required to sit for the placement. but the placement cell is good.
Fees and Financial Aid
The overall fees are very affordable, they also have financial assistance but I don't know much about it, as I didn't take it. they have female scholarships where fees are reduced. The college has a placement cell, which is good enough and teaches a lot.
Campus Life
So there is kshithij an annual fest, then there is a fest of each department. The library was superb, with all the books one can need. classrooms were great, comfortable to spend the whole day, there are a lot of extracurricular activities. at least should try to go in any one of them.
