Remarks

College management only focuses on studies but not on other activities.

Entrance Preview

I took AIEEE, and I chose Computer Science because I always wanted to do computer science. There were other optiions as well like electronics, Information technology but due to the interest in coding I chose Computer Science.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

With the research point of view the course is not so well designed but from the prospective of job in development area of software industry it is very efficient because of the subjects included in the course. Apart from regular coding subjects the electives provided are very helpful in making a career because there are subjects like Cloud Computing, Linux, Managerial Economics, Network Security, Cyber Security.

Internships Opportunities

No this facility was not available in my college till my batch(2012-2016). Though we were given the option to go out and do internship from any recognized and good company so as gain industry level knowledge. We did the training program in college itself along with our projects and had a good learning period during that time because trainers were called in from established companies such as HP.

Placement Experience

2

Companies that visited are : Genpact, NTT Data, ADP, Amazon, MySmartprice, MindTree, RapidappsBiz. 24*7Inc most of the companies were for technical support. Genpact- 3 LPA, NTT Data -4.5 LPA, ADP- 3.5 LPA, Amazon - 2.8 LPA, MysmartPrice - 3 LPA, Mindtree- 5 LPA, RapidBizApps- 4 LPA, 24*7 INC- 2.5 LPA.

College Events

1

One traditional day would be celebrated every year and everyone right from the Director to each and every student everyone participated in it and on that day we were to wear traditional clothes. DJ Night was also celebrated every year where there was a party kind of event in college and many stars from bollywood(singers) were invited every year to perform and some dancers as well. There was flash mob then fashion show after that as well.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It was feasible during our time which is 78,000/- yearly but now it has increased. The college management is not very managed in case of fees of any kind. They will make you go here and there for depositing and they don't even provide proper notification and time period for you to manage the fees it is very difficult for a student who is an outsider that is from different place because they are not at all cooperative in this matter.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, there were no loan facility provided by college and they were not very helpful in even providing the documents required for taking a loan and then maintaining it semester wise.

Campus Life

4

Campus life was good only in the last year because during that period they were not so strict and hectic days. Gender ratio was 60:40 (M:F) and people were there from different parts of country and outside as well labs and such facilities were good the infrastructure. Sports was not very actively regarded by the management. It was completely dependent on students whether they want to do anything or not if they want they had to it by themselves no support from the college management. Extracurricular activities were not very common they were rarely held.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostels were inside the college campus itself and they were three sharing and two sharing rooms only. No single seat room was built and also the food was average it wasn't very good and was a chaos during lunch hours because of the rush and less number of staff working there to provide the food. It wasn't completely hygienic and neither very hygienic.

Alumni/Alumna

In this case also it completely depends upon the students that if they maintain direct contact with their seniors they have a chance of getting any kind of help apart from that there is absolutely no connection with college and graduated students.

Exam Structure

In every semester we had two internals which were counted in the final exam marks and apart from that weekly tests were also there so basically it was neither hectic nor chilled out it was somewhere in between and sometimes both. Lab exams were also taken twice a semester and apart from that there was day to day evaluation in labs regarding your work, attendance, code of conduct and many other factors were also considered like what is your attendance and how well you do the work.

Admission

During the process I contacted college administration and told them about my qualifications and ranks and they asked me to visit the college along with all documents to carry forward the procedure. Admission process took around a week including all paper work and fee deposition and other formalities.

Faculty

3

The faculties were interested in carrying out any subject given to them but the standards were not so great they can be given an average status apart from a few faculties most were normal level. The senior faculties were very full of knowledge and had a good amount of experience in teaching and carrying out lab sessions.
