Muj is a coming tier 2 college

I applied for various colleges like Chandigarh University, Tahpar University, Amity University when I was not getting any tier 1 college. I gave various college entrance exams and one of those was Muoet ,i.e, Manipal's entrance exam. I did score decent enough marks to get any computer-related course in Manipal institute of technology, but then again there were criteria like 40% of 12th marks and 60% of Muoet marks will be combined together for the counseling purpose. Because of this my rank was not good enough to get my choice of course, so I opted for Manipal University Jaipur.

My course Computer and communication engineering is much of the same as that of computer science and engineering. Only few subjects differ from 2nd year. The faculty student ratio of my college is about 1:80 ,i.e., for one faculty to 80 students for first year. And the is really great , they are well qualified about the courses and try to explain even with some practical methods or diagrams or even some video (maybe a youtube one too) , because the whole year I spent was online. So they tried to do the best to teach us. There is mid term after about two months of semester start and there is again mod term 2 after one month and then, at last, there is end term after 2 months. And the assignment and online quiz just go back to back with studies about every week after one month of semester start.

I think 3rd-year students can apply for campus placement. Many companies cost and organize compensation to choose students. The average package of our college is 6 lakh and highest is 42 lakhs. It all depends on your studies, skills and cgpa. If you are eligible enough then you do get opportunities for higher packages.

The fee structure for me was like 3.2 lakhs for 1st year and 2.8 lakhs for the remaining three years. There are many scholarships for students who excel in studies like who tops in Muoet, and if you top in your engineering years then every year there is a scholarship for top students. There is also a scholarship for economically weaker background if your family income is less then 8 lakhs per annum and you scored well in your 12th exams. Campus jobs are also well and good. We do get many opportunities to excel and grab one for us. Many companies do come to our college for placement purposes and offer a good sum amount if you do well in your studies.

I didn't get a chance to visit my college yet. But yes college life is very nice! The infrastructure is so beautiful that you will fell in love with it. There are many facilities offered to us and hostels are so much better than any other college. Also, there are many technical and cultural clubs in our college from which you can choose and become a part of those clubs to explore and learn more with like-minded people.

Hostels are so good. The meal offered is also very nice. We get a full nutritious breakfast and also both veg and nonveg food is offered. We can choose to get ourselves a single, double, triple room where we get a bed, chair, table, ac, bathroom, window. We can register for room and mess separately and so some of the students also choose to live in PG nearby college to save some money. As the hostel fees is around 1lakh. Also, the hostel organizes various competitions like sports. There are many shops and even a swimming pool is in our campus
