Review of IBS Mumbai

I only applied for the IBS Group as it was recommended by my friend. For getting admission one has to clear an entrance test exam which can be CAT/ XAT/ NMAT and even IBS took its own test IBSAT. The minimum age is 20 years and there is no maximum age limit and students either passed or in the final year of graduation can appear for the admission process. Prior to GD and PI, a mentor is allotted which took care of all the documentation, and GD and PI took place in IBS Hyderabad.

I choose this course because it was aligned with my graduation subject and I want to pursue a carrier in the business world. The faculty of IBS are very good they are supportive, always ready to assist and they have vast experience in the field of teaching and also in industry. The teacher-to-student ratio is 1:15 and they use various innovative methods to enhance the overall development of students.

One is eligible for their placement in the 2nd year and companies starting coming from the month of august and have their own criteria for marks and other stuff for selection. Companies like JPMC, Blackrock, Byjus, Lodh, ITC, etc came for the placement and the average package last year was Rs 6.6 lakh and the highest package was Rs 25 lakh. Almost 90% of students get placed every year.

The total fee of the IBS Mumbai is Rs 810000 of which 80000 is to be paid at the time of admission and the rest amount is paid in the 5 equal instalments. Ibs also provide merit scholarship to a student in each semester on the basis of performance and it also gave stipend to the digital ambassador of the college.

There are a variety of clubs is there in which one can be a part of and students never run out of options for their entertainment for co-curricular activities and these activities help the students to acquire an overall development in their personality. Konflux is the main event organized in the month of January in which different colleges participate in events, competitions. Each club has its own social media handles where they put informative posts, quizzes for the student and IBS has a central library, cafeteria, and spacious classroom.

On getting the cut-off marks in IBSAT/ CAT/ NMAT every student has to appear in GD and PI round which took place in IBS Hyderabad.GD topics were simple and the topic given to me was "Is Make in INDIA successful", mostly topics were from current news. My interview was taken by two members and they ask basic questions related to my field and it went well. Anyone can easily prepare these topics by looking online.
