I wrote mahe , k-cet , jee-mains. I scored 137/180 and got a rank of 5029 . I got a good seat in manipal but fees was too high. Approx of 3.5 lac per year. So k-cet i scored 15500 rank.
Course Curriculum Overview
My course is really were good. Its name in short is called (IEM) . Full name industrial engineering and management. 1st year all the subjects are common to all the branches. In 2nd year we study subjects such as thermodynamics , mechanics of material , fluid mechanics . In 3rd year and 4th we study few technical subject and many management related subjects.
Internships Opportunities
Yes my college provide internship . My seniors are doing their internship in companies like autodesk , some in govt sectors such as hal , nal , ndro .
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees structure is feasible for me since i cleared my k-cet and got admission my fees is 80 k per year. And yes it is feasible for me. But mangement students pay a sum of 2.2 lac every year. But when compared to other colleges and their ranks .
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes they provide scholarship only if we score or get rank in university. A sum of 1 lac is given to student if they get a university rank in VTU for UG students. 50 k for PG students. I never got any university rank so did not get any scholarship.
Faculty
Our college faculty is balanced i would say . Some faculty are very experienced and some are freshers and some having 3 or 4 years experience. Faculty in mvj are very friendly ready to help students in any circumstances. They stay till 4 and sometimes even till 5 or 5.30 .
