Got this college via counselling with cutoff 196. The reason i opted for this college is that it is the best college in coimbatore.

I took electrical and electronics engineering as my major. Course curriculum will be provided in the college website and we can access it any time. Elective papers will be provided and we can choose it in our own choice. College has NBA accreditation and has many opportunities in research areas.

Yes our college provide internship opportunities. Our college has an option called Fast track. All students above 8.5 will be allowed to take fast track and can go internship at last semester.

Placement and job opportunities in kumaraguru college of technology is pretty good. Moreover it is one of the best college in coimbatore for good placement. Nearly out of 70 students in the class 65 will be placed. Packages differ from 3 lpa to 20 lpa.

Many events will be celebrated in our college. our college has various clubs. each club will celebrate different functions. it will be a great opportunity for the students to participate in many events. there will be more fun and we can gain more knowledge. Main event in our college is YUGAM . it will be celebrated for 3 days and contains many events in it.

Fee structure is somewhat feasible when compared to other colleges. Its a private autonomous college and surely a private college has more fees when compared to other colleges. Tuition fees will be around 60000 and hostel fess will be around 50000.

Yes, Our college has a Scholarship known as Mahatma Gandhi Scholarship. It will be given to top ten students in one class. Amount will be 10000, Given once in a year by combining marks of two semesters.

Campus life will be very good. very liberal and we have permission to go out anytime. But for girls it is somewhat strict. Our college concentrate on sports and has separate team for all games. College also has a gym inside which helps lot of student to develop their physic.

Exams will be conducted in an ordered way. There will be 1st internal, 2nd internal , 3rd internal and model and the last in end semester examination. In three internal best of two will be considered. if we got good marks in the first two internals then the last internal will be optional.

I got cutoff of 196 out of 200. i went to college after the call letter. Admission process was very simple. It was done in an orderly manner. No problem in paying the fees. Fees receipt was provided and the date for admission was also mentioned. We hat to wait at seminar hall for few minutes and then we have to pay fees. College rules was discussed in the mean time.

College has well trained and well qualified staffs. I am currently pursuing my electrical and electronics engineering and in our department there are many staffs who have finished their PhD. Everyone has good knowledge in their specialised subject and can clear any doubts.
