Life changing 4 years.

If I was studying college right now I'll definitely try to deliver something bad but now I'm a alumni of my college I really wish for those days to come back. Made friends, good friends and specially made good memories. Secondarily miss the food also.

12 state board examination, score was 75%. The reason for choosing this college was because of the tasty food and placements.

Courses in St Joseph are Anna university prescribed courses as it is affiliated under Anna university Chennai. I'll say courses are pretty boring and useless in this generation as it comprises of old topics and devices found ages before. Basics must be taught but also the current technologies existing must also be covered in the courses but unfortunately it's not so and everyone's motive is set to clear the exam and not to improve knowledge.

I've never heard much about internships in my department except for one internship which was with BSNL which was offered only to top 10 students in class.

Placement and job opportunities are really best in St Joseph's. This year nearly 1000 students are placed also there are many companies which come for campus interview in our college. Salary package is also good. Companies were CTS, Infosys, Wipro, Zoho, Soliton, MewSigma, Mindtree, Flextronics etc etc and salary packages ranged from 3lakhs to 10lakhs per annum.

The are many events conducted, symposiums are sooo cool and winners are given good cash prizes and also sports events are organised and important people are invited to be chief guests. They also have a special event called achievers day where they honor students who won in sports and other activities.

Fee is qiet high but compared with other colleges it is ok because food over my college is really good and also the cost for food is similar when compared to all colleges and I've heard other college friends complain about food over there. So I'll say fees is feasible also they award students who score well.

They used to provide cash awards to students with Gpa above 8.5 before but now they stopped it and started giving special internships.

Campus life was really fun, especially in the last year. Raging was strictly prohibited. I'll not say we had that much gender ratio but boys were not allowed to talk with girls except for topics regarding studies and stuffs. Many extracurricular events were organised and also we were encouraged to participate and win.

Hostel is well spacious and also has a bathroom for every room which accommodates 4 students also they provide geyser during winter. Food is really awesome in St Joseph. They provide non veg food every day except Friday. Also chicken briyani every Saturday.

Well, I didn't have much contact with seniors except for one or two in bus so alumni network is not much of help to me.

We have a very big exam hall where exams are conducted and they have cctv cameras placed and it's so packed up with security(faculties) so that no one copies. Lol. And labs are well maintained and cool. 250 chars for everything is too much.

Since my mark was 75% in 12th admission for me in this college was quiet difficult so had to go by management referral. Facilities are really best in my college, no words to praise them. They are really skilled, friendly and made college feel like second home. Everyone are picked after tough rounds of interviews and everyone are well experienced and has a very good knowledge about the subject they teach.
