The first method is through UPSEE, you can appear for this exam and according to cut off you will be admitted The second method is direct admission on the basis of your class 12 percentage, you don't need to pay any extra amount for direct admission if you want to opt for CSE you should have around 90% in class 12 The process is quite simple you just need to call them (contact no you can find on niet.co. in) and your job is done now you have to just follow the steps which the authorities will tell you

I choose CSE(Data Science) as it is one of the rapidly growing fields in India and worldwide too and this branch is going to have huge demand in the future. Teachers are helpful and teaching quality is okay they try to maintain your interest in the subject, they are well qualified with full of knowledge. Most of the students are from North-Eastern states Bihar, Uttar Pradesh. You can also find students from Haryana, MP, Punjab completing their courses. Talking about the boys and girls ratio, it is around 60:40. You will have your sessional exams thrice in a sem and best two of these are added in the final result, And then there in End Sem exam. As the college is autonomous so it prepares its own question paper and schedule for examination and thus it is quite easy to pass these sessional or end sem.

There will be a variety of internship opportunities for you when will be in your third year and the stipend depends on the internship program and the time given by you to that task. Currently, no idea about projects and tasks because due to covid the number of students who applied for the internship were very less

After 3 sem you will be eligible for placement and it mainly depends on your score in mid sem and end sem examination. Mainly companies like TCS, Wipro, Daffodil, Byjus, Paytm and various IT companies visit for placement drive. Highest package till date in around 12LPA and avg package of students are 3.5-4 LPA. The placement for percentage is around 90% for the branches CSE( including specialization), IT, ECE. And for other branches it is below average or average. My plan is to get placement in any leading IT company.

The fee structure is provided at the time of admission and will remain the same throughout course. The complete fee fr the course is around 5,50,000 excluding hostel. You don't need to pay in the mid of sem like exam fees or any extra fees all the fee is paid once at the time of admission and than after each sem. College don't provide any scholarship program but if you are from UP you can avail scholarship from UP Govt. College provides you with necessary documents you require for any scholarship program. You can get internship in your fifth or sixth sem which pays you enough sum of money.

You can fond tech fest almost once in a month where there is various competition. It is basically organized by various streams and is named (Data Science Week, AI-ML Week, etc.) You can find all the course-related books in the library, you don't need to purchase any book from outside or campus, you just need to get the book issue and return it when sem is completed. Not many sports events but extracurricular activities take place on regular basis during the tech fests like Debate, Drawing, Presentation, etc. There are various groups and all are active. The group varies from dance, music, and the list goes on to various sports groups like cricket, athletics, etc.
