HARI RAMA KRISHNAN V's Review On NGM College (Autonomous), Pollachi

I have attended the Higher Secondary school examination and scored a mark 894/1100 and scored 178 in mathematics so i choose this UG programme.

Course structures and defined by the pattern of Bharathiyar University, still the college was autonomous the course curriculum is prepared in the college but finalized only through the university. An committee has been formed under the Head of the Principal of the Institution, the committee reports will be submitted to the university section.

It was an arts college there will be less internship for the students. In each and every department the students have been shortlisted and good performing students will be sent for an internship and if their performance was found good they will be placed through the company's in which they had gone for internship.

Placement Cell was been established separately and they run separate classes for training and placement. guest lecturers, HR team members from various companies had given classes. the placement cell was found good for the development of Spoken English and aptitude.

Each year there will be celebrations of Convection day, Annual day, Sports day, Campus day, Hostel Day. etc.,The separate committees will be formed for all the functions under the head of Institution. the committee conveners will arrange the things which are necessary for smooth conduction of the function, chief guests are invited for all functions in various fields.

The fees structure and really good for the poor students, it was designed in motive that poor students should not affected because of money and they should being the college located in rural area in and around the town area students are maximum from poor families nearly their families will be the farmers.

Exam structures were designed by the examination cell under the head of the controller of examination, The exams were scheduled in two sessions (i.e.,) Forenoon and Afternoon. The duration of exams were 3.00 hrs. frequent leaves were given for the exams. it was helpful for the students to prepare well.

Being the college was an aided and self financing, all faculties are appointed by government and management of the institution as per the norms, all the faculties are good in knowledge and completed their doctors ship in their subjects. They provided us the good learning skills and helped us in all aspects.
