A journey worth sharing

I have applied only to IFET and I got it through councling. 1st graduate student. The admission process has happened very neatly with the help of College staff who were allotted for each student. After finishing the councling process at Anna University the college admission date was given. On taking respective certifications, I went to college to make admission with my parents. On entering the campus for the first time, the watchman welcomed and instructed as to go to the Admission Cell. On moving to the admission cell the staff who is an appointment for me take care of us for all the admission process. Thus, we made everything easier and also came out with Satisfaction.

I love the Car Design process. So, I have choosed the B.E Mechanical Engineering course. All the faculties were strictly guided by the Higher authorities and we were all guided under faculty members. All the faculties must have minimum criteria of Master Degree and Phd in course. We had a daily practice test for 45 minutes to improve our writing skill and learning skill. Then after the completion of 2 units, we have Internal Assessment for 3 hours. After Completion of 3 Internal Assessments, we have a Model Exam. After the model exam, we have revision classes up to the End Semester Exam which was highly effective for the preparation.

From the end of the 6th semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. N numbers of offers made by the institution for students placements. The companies that visited us are TCS, Infosys, Amazon, Google, Wipro, etc. The maximum package was 11 lacks per annum and the minimum package was 3 lacks per annum. Above 96% of students getting placed each year which made IFET unique from other colleges. After getting the degree I will go for higher studies.

I am a1st graduate student. So, 27000 rupees was reduced on my tuition fees. College Bus fees for me was 18500 (from Vadalur to IFET). I choose our bus for day scholar it will cost 36000 per year. The scholarship is provided by the government each year up to 7000 under the community and fees structure category.

We start a year with a great function called "Inauguration" and end with the "Validatory function". In between that we have 2 internal Symposiums, 2 External Symposiums, 5 Guest Lectures, Awareness programs, Sports day, Annual Day, etc. A Library was specially named Abdul Kalam Block. All varieties of books, study materials, journal papers, newspapers are available in the library. Our classrooms are designed with a Long green Glass board, 12 windows, 9 Ceiling fans, 6 Tubelights, 1 Noticeboard, 1 In/out Door, 18 Comfortable sitting and writing benches and 1 wide white screen for ppt presentation with the help of Projectors and Speakers. Every sport is given more importance by the Coach appointed by the institution and the institution arrange time to practice the students for outside Tournaments. We all have opportunity to be a members in IEEE, IISTE, NSS, etc.
