Information gathering

The admission process is quite simple my college is pdpias from charotar University of science and technology, I have applied for the college because many of my friends and cousins studied in the same college and I had very good reviews about college. I haven't availed any quota but yes for sc st students there was some scholarship scheme. Minimum marks were not there you should have pass hsc exam to become eligible for this course, and I don't have any idea about the minimum age. The admission process is very simple we have to fill up a form and submit it we have to give some of our documents like bonafide certificate, gujcet result, 12th board result, 10th board result, etc. And then we have to pay fees for the first semester fees is 42000 along with a deposit of 5000, then it decreased to 37000 in 2nd semester and nominal fees increases as the semester increases, and I stay at the hostel, admission procedure for universities hostel is also very easy, if ac room is there than 30000 fees or else 24000 for non ac room.

I have selected microbiology because I had an interest in studying microorganisms. Our faculty is also very good, very supportive and polite they are the best faculties anyone can ever have. I feel blessed that I have got admission to charotar University of science and technology, most of the faculties have completed their PhD in their respective subjects, and their teaching method is also very convenient, there comes first internal assessment after 2 months, of course, begin then second internal assessment come after one month of first internal assessment and after a month or two external exams come, question papers are quite tricky but if one has focused on class than it might be very simple for him or her.

Many pharmaceutical companies, dairy industries and all provide internships to my college students but as I have mentioned before I am in the fifth semester and due to covid situation I am at home for almost one year that's why I don't know much.

From the sixth semester itself, students become eligible for campus placements. I don't have any more idea about companies and placements as I am in the 5th semester and also due to covid situation I am at home for almost one year.I think 60 percent of students get placements. My plan after my bachelor's degree is to go for a master's degree and most probably at charusat University itself.

Fees are quite high for the first year and first and second semester fees are 37000 each for the second year and third and fourth semester fees are 42000 each and for the third year and fourth and fifth semester, it's 45000 each. And along with the hostels and mess the students who accommodate in hostels appropriate estimation is near about 1.5 lakh. Yes many students after completing their masters if they start pursuing their PhD course in the same college then university provide them jobs in the laboratory they have to take classes of bachelor students and the university pays them near about 35000 per month

There are many sports and sports teams in University and also nptel NSS like courses, AISEC is run by many of our students. Many brilliant students come out from the university there are molmaid science manthan and many more event in which students can show their talent. It's the best place you can say paradise for an ideal student.

If we have chosen an air conditioner room then fees is 30000 and if we have selected non air conditioner room then fees are 24000, otherwise, fans are their bed facility is there and the room is also well constructed and only room whole s The hostel is well constructed. A hot water facility is also there, the water cooler is also there, 3 water coolers per floor, a bathroom is available in every room and one room can accommodate a maximum of four students. Mess food is really very good in the morning they give us milk tea or coffee and also we have breakfast like dhokla, thepla, Chinese kachori, muthiya, puri..poha. Then we are provided with our lunch we get two types of daal curd or buttermilk, roti, one pulse, one potato subji. And at dinner we get Punjabi on Monday, cabbage roti or some other leafy vegetable on Tuesday, Manchurian pizza panipuri pav bhaji anyone on Wednesday, kheer puri or fruit salad and potato subji on Thursday, mix veg on Friday, French fries or ragda petis on Saturday and South indian on
