One of the Best NITs in terms of Placements

I have applied and got selected in various exams like VITEEE, KITEEE, but when I qualified in JEE Mains then I got selected in MNNIT Allahabad through JOSAA counseling. I was the branch opener in Electrical Engineering for my Category. I also qualified JEE advanced but was not selected in IITs.

I chose B.Tech program in Electrical Engineering. I chose this because I wanted to go for Govt. Sector Job and this branch provide me the adequate opportunities. There are 80 students of which 75 are boys and 5 girls. Faculties are highly qualified and hold PHD from Tier-I colleges like IITs or NITs.Teaching methods are also excellent as practical always held on regular basis. Teachers are quite dedicated to their teaching and give assignments to students

Various Companies like Goldman Sachs , JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Citicorp, Intuit, Vmware, Oracle,etc offer role in Software development, Analyst role. Various projects based on Java, Springboot,etc. Stidend offered in these companies are 50000-1 laks per months

Since this college is one of the top NITs, hence its placement record is also excellent. Students become eligible for internship from the 5th semester. Various superdream companies like Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and chase, Citicorp, etc companies visit every year for both internship and Full time. MNNIT has approximately 100% placement record every year in CS/IT branches . Core branch students also grab one the best offers and various core companies like TATA powers , Jindal Steel , BOSCH,etc

I can't say about the fee hike policy but the fee is increasing. But students can apply for various scholarships like Central Sector Scholarship for Unversity and College Students, Various category-based Scholarships and state scholarships are also Present. Various Companies also visited in college for Internship and Placement opportunities

There is various fest organized in college like annual tech. the fest is AVISHKAR, Annual Cultural fest is CULRAV. Participants from various colleges come here. The annual tech fest is conducted in September and the annual cultural fest in March. The Central library is quite huge and it contains millions of books and journals. Classes are also well equipped with AC, Smartboard, Good quality of benches, etc. Various sporting events like Annual Atheltic meet is also organized in colleges and sportsperson from this college participate in Intra-college as well as Inter-college Tournament in Cricket, Football, Hockey, Basketball, Volleyball, Skating, Chess, etc. There are various social groups like ENACTUS, Rotaract Clubs are formed by students through which Social welfare can be done easily

The hostel area in college is quite large. There are approximately 8-10 boys hostels and 4-5 girls hostels. Students are provided a 3-seater hostel in the First Year and then after 2/4 Seater hostel is provided based on your CGPA. Hostels have various facilities like Student activity Centre Room, Club House, Water coolers, Hygienic environment, All the basic amenities like table, chair, almirah, etc is also present. First-year hostels are provided randomly but after that, you will get a hostel according to your own preference, and CGPA and hostels are provided with affordable charges like Rs. 30000 for 1 year including meals and lodging. The meal is quite hygienic and meal routine changes after every 2 months and if food is not good then we can complain to the student representative about the mess.
