Course Curriculum Overview
Graduates will acquire technical competence to analyze, design and solve engineering problems in the and use modern engineering tools, techniques and software. Graduates will be able to acquire necessary skills and obtain employment and will be productive in the professional practice of Engineering and related fields.
Internships Opportunities
Reputed companies like Amazon, Qualcomm, Adtran, Host Analytics visit the college every year to recruit 4th year students for internships. A stipend of 10,000-15,000 per month is offered. Based on their performance in the internship period, they are employed.
Placement Experience
Vasavi proudly boasts its placement records. Around 78% students are placed. The packages vary according to the company. While companies like Oracle, Accolite, Pega systems offer 8 lpa few others like Deloitte, JP Morgan offer 6 lpa. There are companies which offer 3 lpa as well.
Exam Structure
In every semester, 2 theory internals, 1 or 2 lab internals are conducted in all branches. The schedule is midway between hectic and chilled out one. Numerous quiz tests and assignments and technical events are also organised to ensure clear understanding of technical aspects.
Admission
Category A students apply through EAMCET portal. Online application will be available in the college website for category B admissions. Once the application for category B is processed, the other admission formalities should be completed in the campus.
Faculty
The college is well equipped with skilled and experienced teachers. Each department contains 15-30 teachers. Many of them are graduated from prestigious institutions like IITs and NITs. The teachers teach with a motto of creating interest on the subject and imparting practical knowledge to the students.
